At least he showed emotion, he was playing hard and wanted to win. That was about the only encouraging thing about this game.

We could have got somebody like Byronn Scott</div> Lol, so the Raptors have one bad game, and you think Sam Mitchell wasn't the best choice for Coach. Byron may have been a better coach, but who knows? But do you think he would've wanted to come to Toronto? (If he didn't know the Hornets would be this bad)
Every big man who weighs more than 240 lbs and plays has set season highs or close to season high's in both points and rebounds on us...Araujo and Moiso are the future..
Wow, I didn't see this game either but the Raptors obviosuly got thier asses kicked. What's up with Bosh nowadays, he's not the same player he was when the season first started. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> am disgusted seeing this game. I always think players who've played the game at a professional level make excellent coaches, especially if they know how to motivate and aren't afraid to call people out, which Sam isn't. Give him atleast 2 seasons for a trial run, I think he will do fairly well.
after watching howard i realized bosh is so not ready for big time, i don't know if ever will be. bosh is from the vince carter mold, and i think vince might actually be physically stronger. bosh cannot hold his position at all, howard grabbed 17 boards. and mitchell needs to stop calling players out and teach defense, blow by's, wide open shots and back door's are killing this team.

Howard had 20 rebounds also, our whole team had 10 more than him alone, 60-30. Bosh had 2 in 22 minutes, Moiso 4 in 6, and Araujo 2 in 11. Why we constantly look for Rose iso's, I still don't know, why our defensive matchups are so jacked I still don't know. Jalen was 5 steps behind Stevenson on every jumper, Rafer was on Grant and Turkoglu, and Francis for like 2 possesions, and Carter was on Francis when Rafer was in, and actually did a good job when he guarded him, but I don't understand why we'd have those matchups. Why is Carter guarding PG's, why is Rafer guarding the SF's, and Rose doesn't matter where he guards. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Sam was an excellent choice IMO. If no shot blockers [theirs Woods but still], and not dominant rebounder, zone really kills us since no one has a man, we're not Minnesotta, and neither Bosh or Woods is KG on the boards. Also...starters are playing good, we take them out, bench comes in and is playing bad, and we let them play it out????
man...this was a tuff' loss...the raptors lost by 21...god dammit.btw vince and alston played a good game...the game against miami...it was wade who was bout to cry..now it carter but anywayz...we are sucking right now...we were on top of our division now were i think in third place...9th or 10th in east...and were 7-10...raps need to win games man...hope they can fix that against boston...can't wait to watch that game...

It could be possible that he sees Bosh as a young KG and thinks he can enlist this system inside of him. Either way, he has a lot of belif in Bosh. But obviously Bosh isn't KG and is struggling. As for Bosh, I think he's just hitting a sophmore wall, he'll come out of it, his confidence is just down right now and isn't close to the level it was at at the beginning of the season. Also, I don't think zone D on every posession is good for this team either because obviously, we get killed in the boards in almost every game. If an 18 year old rookie can go for highs of 20 rebounds against us, you know some changes need to be made.
