<div class="quote_poster">Quoting VinKanaddy:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't know who's side of the story is right, but Leo Rautins and Chuck Swirsky said that Vince and Bosh are the first ones to be out on the pre-game practice.</div>
My understanding is that the only practice that VC enjoys only involves his PS2

Beyond that he isn't a stalwart in the weight room as well, even though when he was originally tested for fitness by Butch Carter his results set team records for every category but one, with that element having been mastered by T-Mac

Look at pictures circa 1999-200 and look at pictures now. There is a phsical difference that is very noticeable

Bonner has to be to compete and he wants it a lot more than Vince.......................

    Some serious problems

10 years, we have gone through 6 coaches. We have changed the roster a ton of times. 3 GMs.

So what are the problems. Is it Carter or something else. Once Vince Carter gets traded, if things don't change immediately the focus MUST go on Tanenbaum and Peddie.

The only components which have not change since our elevation in the playoffs have been Carter, Peddie, and Tanenbaum.

It is exciting to me that we are on the verge of figuring out what the hell the problem is and correcting it.

I think the beginning of the end was when Vince Carter went to his graduation ceremonies. I don't blame Carter for wanting to go, I blame an organization that would allow their star player, on the SAME DAY as the club's most important game, to go to such an event. It shows that then, they had NO CLUE how to run a professional sport franchise let alone an NBA team. That was the day the the 'new' Carter who throws up turn around jumpers and play with little to no heart was born.

    Anyways, just my 2 cents.
