Converse needs to get on the ball and start marketing Wade as the Superstar he is. Look at how Nike manages Lebron and Carmelo & ADIDAS for KG and Tmac. I think alot has to with the fact that Wade has been so busy with the Olympics and new season, but Converse should at least have 1 commercial with Wade. Remember Nike was nothing before Jordan got there. I think Dwyane can have a big impact for Converse as a brand.
Oooh, those are nice! Especially the red/white ones. I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of Converse, but I'd buy those sneakers any day.
I hate the things on the back heel, I just hate those thing, the shoes in general are nice though, but I wouldn't buy them.

With the way he's playing he could do for a lot for Converse and give them a new face. They may not have the flashiest kicks but they have history. And they're not as played out as other kicks.
Nice shoes! But I'm not sure if Converse is capable of marketing Wade, he should've went with a bigger name. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt they'll take any steps on it anytime soon. That's what I think anyways, but that's just me.
Those are nice shoes. I would definatly buy those any day, plus they are a low price. Converse used to be a major company when they endorsed Bird and Magic, hopefully they will endorse Wade and get back on the market. You guys actually like them? I think they are kinda boring and converse is probably the worst shoe company out right now. He coulda definitely got a big deal with Nike or Reebok if he waited.
well if i'm not mistaken i'm pretty sure converse was bouth out mby nike, or at least the chuck taylor design was bought by nike. which explains the hella marketing for those kicks nowadays. So i believe converse or converse/nike will get on the ball give them time. does anyone know when these shoes debuted.
The black and silver are good. I would buy them. I have seen commercials with converse showing only the rookies, bosh, wade, etc.. maybe he can sign with K-Swiss or something....that'll be a huge step for kswiss, promoting basketball.. Nike, Adidas...possibly Reebok. But not Converse. I'd rather see Wade in a pair of British Knights (BK's). Do they still make those shoes?

Part of what makes Wade cool is that he isn't all over the media and getting marketed like crazy. I'd hate it if he starts doing all those dumb, self-glorifying shoe commercials. What I like about players like Hakeem is that he's a star because of his game, not his exposure in commercials. LeBron was a star before he barely set foot on an NBA court, and that's ridiculous. "Image is nothing." I wish people actually believed that.
