The Hornets made their first trade signaling they have put a fork in their team this year. They just traded Darrell Armstrong to the Mavs for Dan Dickau and a future draft pick. I expect them to start shipping off their veterans and I hope the Lakers are ready to make an offer for PJ Brown. He would be the perfect player for us because of his toughness in the paint. The Lakers are struggling every night on the boards and PJ Brown could play the role of the enforcer on our squad and allow Odom to play more minutes at the SF spot. How about Slava, Cook, & George for PJ Brown?
I would do that trade, as much as I love Cook and would love to see him develop here, we can split with him. Brown has what we need, hard-nosed inside play. Cook is way too soft on the inside, Slava is horrible, and George..well he is George, we have had him for awhile now and he really hasnt blossomed into the player we thought he would.

I mean it would be the best possible time to get him since he is 'hurt' you know.
I think it would be a good trade. Slava, Cook, and George all like to take shots from the outside. (something we don't need right now). PJ can give us the inside presence we lack.
Cook isnt a necessity to this team, he has an outside shot, but he is weak on the inside. His D is very weak also. We need a banger inside who can also score when needed, that is what P.J. Brown would give us.
