^ It was an unlucky miss, It's not Vince's fault. He is human afterall. The ball just rolled out, it was practically bouncing in but somehow (fatefully for the Nets) bounced out.

Don't matter, it was unlucky. I guess the ball had too much air [IMG]

Man, I didnt catch this game but how did we lose to New Jersey. Sure Kidd's back but he barely played and had a lot of turnovers so who can say it was because of Kidd's return. RJ played good but c'mon its NJ. No disrespect to NJ but there nothing compared to what they used to be. Not a good game for anyone on the Raptors, IMO if we dont get the win its a bad game for everyone. Bonner shot 1-6 today.....

I thought Vince played good. He was very agressive. Can't wait to see how this carries on to the next game.

ya vince played good, especially on defence surprisingly. his offence was good too, but unfortunately the critical one didnt go down tonight.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dj_premium_plus:</div><div class="quote_post">for real! this loss is hardly vince's fault. the teams weak D and lack of rebounding intensity is what cost us the game. we were up almost all game and we let them beat us...just pitifull.</div>
Yea, the funny thing is that Vince was our best defender out there tonight, I don't know where the guy got all the energy for today, but he played good on both ends.

About the layup, at least he didn't miss free throws right, I don't see how you can fault him for not getting the roll [IMG]

I can't stand Jalen Rose, you see Vince had been struggling offensively, but has at least played pretty solid defense most games, Rose never plays defense, if he scores 20, his man scores 30.

Bonner struggle tonight, never thought I'd say that, and MoPete is what now, 0-12 the last few games, where are the MoPete supporters now [IMG]

We couldn't rebound again, Bosh had 5 rebounds in the first half and finished with 5 rebounds, and our interior size killed us.

Lastly we should've closed the game out earlier, but some bad decisions by the second unit, and a few mistakes here and there, and we let them back in, and also Vince just doesn't get calls, the one shot he made with contact from about 13 feet, I don't know how that went in, and him fouling Jefferson.... 2 Major factors:

-Refs being their usual self against us!
    -Just plain bad luck.

However, I could care less about the last shot when I look at the rebounding stats.

61-36 is just un acceptable. NO WAY!

Are you serious? That is a ridiculous comment!! What are you implying???

Jalen Rose cannot be traded, we're struggling to trade Rose even with Vince because no one wants the guy, the consensus around the league is he takes a lot of shots, turns the ball over a lot, and if he scores 20 points, his man will score 30 points, now why would any team want that?

Also their's his contract, age, and ability to affect players on the team, no one really want's that, if he made 5 million it'd be okay, but not at his price.
