I know and I agree we barely have rebounding presence these days, but I doubt w beat the TimberWolves by rebounding, I mean its key, but they could still beat the TWolves with the rebounders we've got.

You do know who Kevin Garnett is, right? Is Michael O. playing?

After the sixers against the hawks...i was like WTF?????? They dropped the game they should've won, but against TWolves which everybody think they will lose, can they drop everyone's jaws?
TWolves were dissapointing against the Mavs last night and I think they will bounce back strongly against the sixers...I predict KG will have a monster night, 25 points, 20 rebounds and 5 blocks...TWolves win by 11

Minnesota averages about two more rebounds per game, and if KG plays good he'll get more than 15 rebounds against Philly. Marc Jackson and Kenny T are the highest RPG on the team, which only adds up to 12.5RPG!

Dalambert & Iguodala are averaging about the same, 5.70/5.80. It should be a close game on rebounds, but Minnesota has the edge. Michael O and KG, put together average about 20RPG and that's speaking statistically.

    Wolves starting 5: 28.7RPG
    Sixers starting 5: 26RPG

I don't think it's going to be rebounds that decide this game, if the shooters shoot well tonight it's going to be three pointers and midrange shot that win this game. Too bad I can't watch this one.

    Wolves by 8.

Im gonig to say, but I think the Sixers will HAVE to do in order to win this game

    Keys
-Give Sammy more minutes and put him on Kevin Garnett and see what happens. Sammy is our best bet against KG.

    - The starting line-up should be for this game
    C- Marc JAckson
    PF- Sammy DAlembert
    SF- Kyle Korver
    SG- Iggy
    PG- IVerson
This line-up IMO has the best chance of beating the Wolves. Were going to need size against a front court of two 7 footers.

-Kevin Garnett is probably going to dominate no matter what we do, so we should stop every one else, just like what the Pistons did to Shaq and the Lakers last year. Dont let KG take over too much, thats why I said put Sammy on him to slow him down.

Prediction: I hate to say it, but the Sixers are sucking and the Wolves are going to kill them about 107-89. It won't be a pretty game, but I'll still hold through. GO SIXERS!

Alright off to watch the game.

Iverson has a chance to get a trple double this game, so far 6 points 5 rebounds 4 assists, 1 minute lelft in 2nd. Pathetic defense by teh Sixers. Eddie Grifffiin is killling us with 20 points. THey're shooting 57 percent from the field and 53 percent from beyond the arc

Philly shut down KG in the first half, KG only had 4 rebounds. Overall, rebound count has been even (Minnesota has 22, Philly has 21). Kyle Korver can't get his stroke from beyond the arc, he's shooting 1-7 from the three. But on the other hand, Griffin hit 7-14 from beyond the arc, five rebounds and five dimes.

Thomas, Jackson, and Iverson are Phillys keys to the game right now, Griffin and KG are Minnesotas best hopes right now, along with Sprewell.

61-48 Minnesota, first to 100 wins this I say.

Exactly, their perimeter defense is pathetic.

omfg.. horrible game by the Sixers except in the first quarter they did good there. I knew the Sixers were going to lose, but not as much as they did. THe whole Sixers team sucked except Marc Jackson and Andre IGoudala. Andre Igoudala was trying to provide the team with confidence from his great plays, but it didn't work. Now this is why I am not a Sixers nut. From 6 game lsoing streaks like this. In the 1st quarter I thought the Sixers had a chance to win this after their 12-2 run. From there it only got worse. Kyle Korver absoulutley SUCKED. He had to be something like 1-13 from 2 Point range. OMFG!

Edit: I just checked and Kyle Korver was acually 1-12 from 3 PT range. I was close........ KYLE KORVVER BETTER WORK ON HIS 3"s FOR THE NEXT GAME!

i think sixers should make that push for Carter
i think they need more at SF rather than Korver throwin up 3's left and right

I TOLD YOU GUYS! Muahaha. My prediction was oh so close.

Sixers sucked. Korver sucked. Defense sucked. Shooting sucked. Marc Jackson + Iguodala = only proud moments. Iguodala and KG's dunks = best parts of the game.

Sixers officially are the WORST TEAM EVER!

    Bring back Chris Ford plz.

lol I wouldn`t say that but like OB said we`re not a good basketball team. We couldn`t do anything. Shoot, rebound, defend. A change has to made soon. Up next Chicago, OK their 3-13. If we lose.... [IMG]

Those wee obviously some great dunks, but how about Ervin Johnson's 3 pointer? I was cracking up. Just tosses it up, over his head and banks it in right when the shot block goes off.

More bad news... Corliss is out again. He reagervated his knee last night and that's why he didn't play in the 2nd half.

I really felt bad for AI and Korver (because I've seen him do a helluva lot better from downtown). When you think back to the game, what would you say that was the definite weakness. I really thought it came down to shots falling. They also would have done better with someone who can score inside, because they shot waaayyyy too many jumpshots. The Wolves shot from the perimeter.....and from downtown (too much for my taste), but they also knew they could score in the post. I saw opportunities when the Sixers could have driven for a lay-up or an easier inside shot, but just thought that since they are open where they are....must shoot from there. Commentators were also stating that guys were trying to do too much instead of ball-movement.

HEY!!! The Sixers have alot of time left and are in the East....so they should make the playoffs. I personally don't know why Sameul Dalembert is not playing more. I was thinking that he would have been another cornerstone and that they valued him alot. I heard that he doesn't get as much time because he doesn't "face-up" in the post( [IMG] ).

I want to know why one day Jim O'Brien starts Davis. Then we don't see him again for a week. One day Green is playing 30 some minutes. The next? Not even 5 minutes. Dalembert plays maybe 15 minutes one game then is benched the next 2. KT plays in the starting lineup with good minutes for the first few games. Then is in the dog house for some unknown reason for about a week. What gives? O'Brien has got some issues with his lineup. He's gonna get a lineup and stick with it so these guys can start playing like a team and get some kind of comfortability with each other.

Yeah, O'Brien is never going to develop chemistry for this team when he's tossing guys in and out, left and right...starting some in one game, and others the next...it just doesn't make sense. Some players need to come off the bench, and some need to start...and it has to be consistent for these guys to find their roles on this team.
