    Key Matchup

    Dwight Howard vs. Carlos Boozer

There are a lot of important matchups in this game, but I'm going to go with Howard/Boozer as the key one. Boozer leads the Jazz in rebounding and scoring, and if Utah are to win he has to have at least a 20/10 game. Howard is inexperienced, but improving by the game. Howard can rebound well, but I doubt he will produce much offensively for Orlando, even with Boozer guarding him. Both need to control the boards for their teams.

    Prediction

I'm starting to lose a lot of faith in the Jazz to win games, and Orlando are quality opposition. Carlos Arroyo's return has had negative effects on the Jazz, but this for the first time this season Raul Lopez will play. He may be able to change things for the Jazz.

    Orlando 105 Utah 90

Kelvin Cato is also on our injured list because he was injured on Monday in the Nuggets game. This is going to be a great game and may the best team win.

AK47 out, Cato out as well.
wow, you think that Magic can win by 15?
I hope to see Magic bounce back and win this one after the lost against the Nuggets.
I think Francis will outplay Arroyo in the whole game, and please don't turnover the ball too much! [IMG]

Jazz haven't been playing well lately. Jerry Sloan is pulling his hair out. As much as I'd hate for the Magic to win (cuz they lead the southeast) I can see them winning this game. I take em by 9.

This is making a very late prediction, as the game has all ready started, 2-2 right now with 11:12 remaining in the first quarter, but I think the Jazz can pull this game out. The Magic are coming off a lost to the Nuggets; the Jazz, while they lost the last game, they are at home. And I think it is about time for the Jazz to finally get a win, it seems like it has been years since we won. I'm saying Jazz by 5.

Boozer is playing outstanding! He has 13 points after the first quarter.

good game guys. Was v.tight all game. Boozer looking fanstastic, even if the team isnt pulling together. AK-47 back in your team and hopefully you can pull out of your slide.

Why are the Jazz slumping so much after a fantastic start? Were they just playing way over their heads early in the season? Even when Kirilenko was in the lineup, they were losing a lot just before his injury. I thought the Jazz were potentially contenders early on, but now it looks like they'l be fighting for the 8th seed again.

Those are some questions I really want to know the answer too. The simple, obvious answer is the loss of Andrei Kirilenko. Opposing teams scoring has gone through the roof without AK47 there. They're young, and haven't shown the ability the get out of a slump so far. They have suffered from a brutal schedule recently, and competed in most of the games against division leaders. I don't think they're that bad yet, with a few wins this team can get back to where they were, it's just when those wins come that's the problem, hopefully earlier than AK47's return.

AK47's absence is a main reason for the Jazz to lose 6 in a row...He plays a big big role in Jazz defence and the second reason is, the Jazz bench are not producing good numbers. Arroyo did pretty well in this game and so did Boozer. I want to see Arroyo and Giricek play some better games [IMG] and, Boozer need another BIG MAN to help him out. Okur is doing quite well tho...

Btw, when will AK47 return? another week or?

Around Christmas time. Might be before Christmas, might be in the new year. I'm hoping it's ASAP though, Utah need him.

    Thanks for the info.
Yeah, Utah needs him, and the Jazz cannot afford to drop too many games before the Christmas. You are at the strong West, it's hard to catch up if you're falling behind a lot.
