I was just browsing over at Sacbee when I stumbled across this interesting graphic, just thought I would bring it to the attention of the forum as it's statistics are truly remarkable... 12 victories in the last 13 games, can't argue with the results...
looking at the numbers it suggests the defense has improved, but i am sure that the better 3pt% also made a difference. i wonder what the stats would be for their rebounding?
Like in the thread i created about Improved Defense here,This pretty much proves my Opinion in writing It's nice to know that everybody's on the same wavelength as what i've been thinking here
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting harbingerofdoom:</div><div class="quote_post">lower opponet avarage score? that is all defense.</div>don't forget to consider the opponent as well. in the first three games they did play against the spurs, mavericks and rockets.
not forgetting it... but for a team that is not known for being a defensive team, thats a pretty big turnaround no matter who they are playing.
Those numbers are slightly skewed by the seattle game as the kings losing to anyone by 30+ is a freak occurance.
