Stephania a big man? Sure he's a big man, but is he good? Raps don't wont Derek Anderson. His contract is not welcomed here. The Eddie Jones idea is a joke, we're better off with a injured/mad on court Carter than an extremely overpaid washed up perimeter shooter (we got a few).
I would rather take peanuts then Tim Thomas. But, as soon as Vince comes off his injury, we MUST trade him. I don't get what Babcock is waiting for (aside from the obvious healing of Carter). We lose with him on the floor, we lose without him on the floor, what else do you need to see? How long we can lose consecutively? Make a move already. He's (Carter) unhappy, the team is unhappy, the coach is unhappy, the players are unhappy and city is PISSED. Everyday that Babcock waits till after Carter heals is another day that Carter could lower his stock value. For all we know, he could get injured again and who knows, maybe Portland or even NY withdraw their requests. What then? I still say that Portland deal would have been good for us. Do you not think that we would be doing better with Rahim & Anderson/Nick rather than Carter and Rose? Say you don't agree with the Portland trade but you know we need to make some changes. I'm sick and tired of the Raptors being (one of) the laughingstocks of the NBA based squarely Vince Carter, which is the way it stands right now. This place is seriously a zoo, we needs some organization in this chaos as well as quick, decisive action. I'm not syaing that Babcock should pull the trigger on just any trade, but if someone is offering better then just Tim Thomas and peanuts then we should take it into consideration and pull the trigger. I mean, can things really get worse? I know one of the points many people bring up is "Vince generates tickets" but Toronto is the kind of city that supprots it's team when its losing or winning, and that's been pretty evident the last 3 years, Vince or no Vince. .
Vince doesn't even provide Ticket Sales anymore.... that's what relying on your jumper does to you. And getting 5 points a game, and giving up on everything. Toronto really needs to get rid of him fast, get some new guys in. Get a new look and get out of the pothole they're in.

I could see Rafer Alston punching a lazy ass in the lockerroom (Not Necessarly Vince), then he'd get suspended and arrested for the whole season, and then, only then Babcock will realize the chemistry might not be good ( ) in the lockerroom and make a move. See ya next year Skip

Crawford is also horrible at getting to the line, and look at him, the guys a tooth pick. He's an even worse defender than Vince on his average defending days.... Give us some big men and some other garbage and I'll be happy, we don't need a chucker, I'd rather deal with New Orleans or Portland than New York.
