It's probably advised that pro athletes hold off getting married and having kids till they retire but seeing it from an athlete's point of view, I can see why they can't wait. A lot of pro athletes will hit a point in a career when they get sick of all the groupies and parties and would prefer to settle down in a long-term relationship. With all the money they're earning, they'd probably also want a wife and kids so he can provide for them and spoil them with gifts. But that still doesn't mean she has the right intentions though....

Geez people give it a rest for once. It's a beautiful thing and it should be left at just that.
