Inside sources telling me that the pistons are trading smush parker and a 2nd round pick for frank williams. It'll be official on wednesday. Really doesn't effect the nba that much but is interesting nonetheless.
It would be appreciated if you would follow this up with a link to a legitimate source, once one becomes available. Thanks.

The Manual High School graduate, who was part of the Jamal Crawford trade and played in only five games and 51 minutes for the Bulls, is expected to be traded today to the Detroit Pistons for guard Smush Parker.
Here's a link
The trade seems to be on hold due to the fact Smush Parker can't be traded till december 31st. I guess Lindsey is going to have to hold down the back-up position for a little longer.

I believe the trade has to be held because Frank Williams was traded earlier this season to Chicago from New York so there has to be a 90-day waiting period or so I believe...I could be wrong about the time length but I believe it relates to the fact that hes already been traded this season...

Frank Williams can't be traded by himself for 90 days because he was just traded. If he was in a package, I think it is allowed for a trade.
Frank Williams will never be anything but a BACK-UP point guard. I couldn't believe the reports of how SLOW he was until I actually saw it myself. He couldn't break down anyone and get penetration and his jumper was non-exsistent. He would be good to run a SLOW, GRINDING, game at the start of a quarter. Good for Detriot, as they'll be giving up a guy that they don't even want in Parker. BTW, wouldn't Nene have made a great Center for the Knicks? Peace
