lol vince is untouchable above the rim... dwayne wade is a great player, but is not really that showtime.. he shoudlnt even be classified as a dunker... he can one hand, windmill..... nothing really he has done in games stand out... wade does mostly one hand dunks.. regular.. nottin rel exceptional that vince or tmac couldnt do on their worse day.. as for iverson, he deserves to be an allstar more den wade... he can do more entertaining things than wade... iverson makes plays for others as seen last year with a great amount of assists (cant remmeber the number) and he has a much bigger arsonal of dribble moves compared to wade
tim duncan is lucky they dont vote by actual position or garnett would kick him off the starting 5 every year even tho garnett can run SF too, he plays most his minutes at PF for wolves, i wonder who East wil start at Power Forward JO will be back by all star game if not Big Ben Shaq n Hill look like the Early Front COurt
VC being the #1 forward is a joke , other then that I dont have a problem with the voting results even though I've been voting alittle differently: WEST Nash Ginobili Dirk Duncan Yao EAST Wade Lebron Hill Jamison/RJ (I go back and forth) Shaq
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting og15:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm surprised Carter is getting so many votes, since many Raptors fans are dissapointed with him, I've been voting for Jamison and Hill. I remember the whole stupidness about him having Canada behind him, but only and idiot would say that considering not even half the people in Canada care about basketball that much, and the State of Cali alone has more people than Canada </div>Cali does have a larger population than Canada but it also has 4 teams to ruit for whereas Canada only has one. The fact that Carter has all of Canada behind him isn't the sole reason for him receiving votes for the all-star game, but it is a major factor. Keeping in mind that the majority of all-star voting ballots are done through the internet and the fact that Canada is considered the internet capital of the world (more internet users per capita than any other country), it's no surprise why the most popular athlete playing for a Canadian team would receive so many votes. Toronto especially has a extremely large amount of internet users and it's proven through message boards such as this one where Raptor fans outnumber any other team's (with the exception of Laker fans). Even on nba.com they'd do some poll and whenever something involving the Raptors is an option, the numbers for that option would be much higher than it should be.
