Then you don't really know the Warriors that well

How so? Dunleavy might not have done really well as a 3rd overall pick, but he did more last season than Fuller did throughout his career. That should mean something, shouldn't it?

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Miami's Finest:</div><div class="quote_post">Not draft related but definetly laughable: Milwaukee trading the draft rights to Dirk Nowitzki to Dallas for the draft rights to Robert Traylor.</div>

Yeah, that's what I was going to say. They also traded the rights to Garrity in that deal I believe. So it was Tractor for Nowitzki and Garrity.

Jeryl Sasser over Gilbert Arenas, Tony Parker, Jamaal Tinsley, and I know there's at least one more person that turned out really good, was really bad.

KingsFan104 Please note that they neede a big man and MJ wasn't a guy many people wanted. The Bulls preferably would've taken Akeem or Bowie over Jordan, but look what happened

Yeah, I agree, althoguh at the time, no one could have known how good MJ would be, so it wasn't a ridiculous decision, just a bad one.

The Warriors for years sought a big man-and at one point had Donyell Marshall,Cliff Rozier and Todd Fuller-all top half of round 1,all capable of +10 rbd games-all glued to the bench while zero talent guys like Victor Alexander or Felton Spencer started. Marshall surprisingly survived the rust. Quite a while earlier Warriors picked Russell Cross from Purdue with a top 10 pick. As a prep Cross got touted as a 6-11 shot blocker stud and the next Ewing. Once at Pudue he became 6-10 guy slow footed and chunky,a space eater with abot 5ft range on his shot. Once drafted-suddenly he shrunk to 6- 8 1/2,is real out of shape, apathetic. Seldom plays, off the team just a couple years, soon out of the league and forgotten. Just a few years later Warriors use 3rd pick in draft on CHRIS WASHBURN. Washburn had "baggage" many wondered how a kid who hardly showed for class in HS or college could be eligible. Got caught with stolen stereo in his dorm room. declared despite inconsistant performances-DID look like a prototype power F. Turns out to be too dumb to learn plays so seldom on the court as rookie-then his crack habit takes off-Warriors deal him for almost zero- and he flops with a couple of other teams, soon you're hearing about him cut by CBA teams, and later getting busted, being a homeless guy etc. Bowie? Olowokandi? they were 7-0 with some game,Bowie broke a leg, might have otherwise been decent. Candy has at least had several years as an NBA starter. Fuller + Dunleavy earned All-ACC honors so they had something. Cross and Washburn were nothing but illusions. A notion you could pick a PROJECt but not bother to develop, motivate, somehow make use of the guy

not the worst, but some bad ones.

    Josh Howard @ 29
    Marquis Daniels UNDRAFTED
    Udonis Haslem UNDRAFTED

Howard has had some monster games, especially the game against NY a few weeks ago. He set like 4 career highs in that game.

Udonis Haslem has been doing a great job in Miami for Coach SVG. Maybe with the help of Shaq there, he might become a pretty decent player. Future star? Maybe.
