Is he available? I know he's assistant to Dallas and I doubt he has the balls to coach the rockets. I like him better than JVG though..when he coached China and Yao in the olympics..yao played with passion and he played 'americanized' basketball; I've watched some of the highlights, yao was fearless and strong against his opponents and Harris definitely had something to do with it. Yao also showed a lot of respect towards Harris; something we don't hear much from him abt JVG. I think Harris has much more experience than JVG..he's like 80 yrs old..yao needs his wisdom so he won't look so lost in the court at times and smack little centers who push him around...instead of getting gurly touch fouls and fouling out early.
Yeah I agree with you, JVG is a horrible coach for our team, but I doubt he'll come and coach the rockets. btw where'd you see these highlights, i'd also like to see em, especially the one where Yao pushes some guy like i've heard he did in the Olympics..

I have a video of all Yao's dunks from last year, and from the Olympics. It's about 4 1/2 minutes long. I could just grab the 2 Olympic dunks from the video and post that, or upload the whole thing. Let me know. For a preview, I'll just tell you that he definitely looks passionate in the Olympics. He catches a pass running down the lane and dunks it, some guy kinda gets his legs tangeled up with Yao's and Yao kinda pushes him away, then stares at him and pounds his chest with his fist and yells at the guy as he runs back on defense.

Anyway, last night was an example of Yao getting handled on the boards. Sampson and Okafor were hustling while Yao waited for the ball. That's why Yao hasn't averaged the 20/10 people have been expecting since his rookie year. I also think he misses Kelvin Cato. Cato was there to help Yao with rebounds and played defense, and took pressure off of him.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Dan Le:</div><div class="quote_post">Thanks! your a legend!</div> Awesome Vid. You see these flashes of potential from Yao. He just needs to stop being so passive and build up confidence. I don't see why he couldn't do this type of thing day in and out.

I've got tons of vids of different players. I've got an over 10 minute long Hakeem tribute video that goes up until the 1st title. The same guy is working on a second vid that covers the 2nd title which should be coming out soon. Let me know if I should post that one (it'll take a while to upload), but I have no more Yao vids.
