    From USA today

'Using a USA TODAY rookie index, Andre Iguodala of the Philadelphia 76ers, the ninth pick in the draft, might be having the best season of any rookie.

Going into Monday's games, Okafor leads all rookies in scoring (14.8) and rebounding (11.6) and Howard is in the top three in rebounding (10.3), field goal percentage (52.7%) and blocked shots (1.67).

But Iguodala, who plays a combination shooting guard-small forward position, is the only one of the rookies in the top 10 in all eight of the standard statistical categories ? scoring, rebounds, assists, steals, blocked shots, field goal percentage, three-point percentage and free throw percentage.'

Anyone else wish we picked this guy over whatshisname? I remember reading some debate over this. Now they're comparing Iguodala to Pippen. Don't want to comment on who whatshisname reminds me of.

Man, I hope the Toronto brass does their homework before they screw up the 3 number 1's we're gonna have in June.

My point exactly. Toronto has a major opportunity to improve next June, let's not screw it up.

You got one pick from the Nuggets that is lottery protected from 1 through 3, and another pick that is lottery protected from 1 to 8. Not sure from who the second pick is from.

Plus our own...3 picks, we should trade atleast one of them. Not sure if one pick is for 2006 tho. Draft McCants and I'll be happy [IMG] Maybe we can draft Gilchrest to backup Alston in the short term... Wayyyyyyyyy too early to talk about the draft though.

We get a #1 pick? I didn't read into too much details about what kind of picks we got, I just read the "first ronud picks" part but now I see that we get protected 1-3 picks?

Denver's pick is protected top 8, but it's not like Denver will have a top 8 pick anyways, and Philly's is protected top 3 or something, I think that's how it is.

With how those two teams are playing, they'll likely be picks 17th and down, something between 17 and 21 or so.

Shouldn't this be moved to the 76ers forum?
