They are going to build the new facilities to cater in part to hosting large events, not limited to the Superbowl. It won't be a matter of IF, it will be a matter of WHEN. Six months ago, when the planning stages went into full swing, they were hoping the SB would be there in 2010, but that has already been awarded. As long as the process moves forward as planned, they will probably get 2011.
