Whats up SF longtime no see....I see we get another game at Heinze....wish it was at home but should be a good one. I'm interested in our Carolina game before the steelers game as well should be a nice little rematch of SB XXXVIII.

I think with dwight and terrell newly signed and if they are healthy and hungry like some of the other players new england had picked up in the last couple of years (i,e, harrison and dillon) that they will have another great year. no crack for me just a little coolaid from the gift shop in foxboro... lol...

I wish I wasnt blocked from sports site at my work. [IMG]

I know we play a tough schedule, but we ARE the 2 time defending champs! [IMG] I just love saying.

I'm concerned with our D, especially at LB & CB. The draft should lead to some help in both areas.

Whats up Bakes. Ya that sucks being blocked at work. I'm not to worried about CB as much as MLB....but it might just mean we play more of a 4-3 this year with Ted Johnson in the middle instead of the 3-4 but we'll see. I'm confident Belichick an Mangini will put a very good defense on the field week in and week out...I just wish they would lock Brady up long term and stop messing around with his bonus...I mean just give to the kid..I'd say he has earned it.

I can see them going 10-6. If you are lucky, maybe 11-5 or 12-4. You will lose to the Steelers, that's a given.

Both to Miami, obviously. [IMG] Which cost New England the 05 AFC east title. [IMG]

that's what they said before the afc champ game.... i bet you the steelers don't do as well this year as they did last year. man i can't wait for the season to start, it's killing me.

that's a nice dream, but i think miami will have a couple of years before they will beat new england at home. they might win one out of the two meetings but not both.

I don't think I'm too concerned about the regular season game. I just hope we can get over the hump in the playoffs. Also, I'm really hoping we can replace Burress in the draft. I'm a little nervous with Randle El as the number 2 guy because of his size.

Ya Randel el is a nice receiver but not a starter...IMO. I think the regular season game will be a good one...its early so both teams shouldn't be to banged up and at least the steelers won't be facing us on our short week when they have a buy...should be a much better game than either the playoff game or the regular season game last year.

I think we really need to replace Burress with some size and talent. Not sure who will fill those shoes just yet, but it might be key in the matchup. Like I said, I'm not too concerned about that game, but I am concerned that we figure out a way to be competitive in the playoffs. Hopefully Ben will have the offense down by week 1 and will have a little more gas down the stretch.

Ya I think Ben will be much improved this year...and hopefully he keeps his mechanics together for the full season because he was overthrowing everyone by the end of the season...the thing I don't understand is this Huge Boller & the ravens bandwagon I have been seeing on other boards and just everywhere in general...Boller sucks and I don't undertand why a couple of moves make them the sexy pick for the Superbowl.

I don't think he's anything special. Not sure where the hype is coming from. He'll be out of Baltimore in 2-3 seasons.

There is another board that I post at sometimes cus there are more pats fans there where it seems everyone is picking the ravens out of the AFC as the early favortie for the Superbowl..I mean they should have a shot at the wild card but I just don't see boller making the plays to win in the clutch.

I don't know how they think they'll get past Pittsburgh to win the North. I can't see us falling far from 15-1.
