Keys To The Game:

* Get Up On Shooters- Joe, Q, and Shawn have been hitting three's all season even with a hand on their face. Got to get up on them and make them put it on the floor.

* Match The Tempo- No, last year, I'd have said 'change the temp and slow it down', but Raps are a running team this season so we got to match their tempo and get easy buckets.

* Switch Pick n' Rolls- Amare getting plenty of dunks from Nash passes because most teams that played teh Suns have not switched on the pick n' roll. Switch, and if it's a total mismatch you send the double team from the weak side.

* Offensive Glass- Got to outrebound the Suns if we'd have a chance at getting the win.

* Transition D- I'm not saying we have to stop their fast break, 'cause it ain't gonna happen, we just have to get back fast and not give them the easy dunk/lay up.

* Nash can't hang with Rafer's quickness. Take it at him Skip.

....

Say What?! (Prediction)

Let's just say I have a strong feeling that this game might be the only dark spot on my Christmas weekend.

Merry Xmas to y'all.

Too bad Vince isn't present to school the Suns which he's traditionally done.

101-77 Suns. Amare - 51 points.

Amare is gonna go off in this game. Nash won't be effective as far as scoring goes, but he's going to rack up 15 assists against the Raps.

Suns 106, Raptors 84

And Purple Fever...I gotta PM you something, but your Inbox is full...

I'm definitely gonna watch it. I've seen a few Suns games and first off I love Nash. Secondly, Nash makes such nice dishes to amare and marion. Its just beautiful ball to watch. Even if the Raps lose this one, which is highly expected, I will still enjoy it.

And we shouldn't forget that we are a fighting team, with our heart and zoo crew we've beaten Minni and San Antonio, so I always have hope.

BTW. I predict due to our weak interior, and Nash's ability to exploit weak defense with great dimes inside to Amare that we will fall early in first quarter. Then fight back to a close game. I predict this as a Rap's fan,

Raps 102
Suns 101

I don't see us being able to keep up with the Suns at all, Amare should destroy anyone we bring at him, and Marion will show Bosh how people rebound.

Suns 112 - Raptors 98

lol, sad but true.

I can see the Raps scoring when Amare takes a rest, but I don't see them keeping up with their lack of defense.

109-94

Amare Stoudemire : 34 Points, 10 Rebounds
Shawn Marion: 21 Points, 15 rebounds

We shoudl change our line-up here for the game

C: Bosh to keep Amare
PF: Marshall, he can gaurd Marion
SF: Eric Williams, he will defend Q and Marion
SG: He's a pretty good defender
PG: Alston, cuz he's the only option at the point

Marshall on Marion is horrible, out of all the forwards in the league, Marion and Lebron are the 2 fastest in the league end to end, Marshall can't even touch him. The difference in quickness is also huge, they don't run plays for Marion too much, but the matchup would be bad.

Bosh on Amare? I'm guessing you didn't watch this matchup last season [IMG]

I'm not really siure if there's anyone on our team that could guard Shawn and Amare.
Specially Shawn, no body on our team, and I mean no body could keep up with his quickness.

I say put Moe Pete on him, and he'd still outrebound the hell out of him.
