what if michael jordan came back to the NBA and played for the bulls again what do yall think whats going to be the record for the 2004-2005 season im saying bout 46-36
He better bring 1993 back with him, or he's going to break his hip. I love MJ...but another comeback would just be uncalled for. However, if (a big IF) he were to come back, there'd be no better place than Chicago...but I see that happening only if he's wearing a suit and tie, holding a clipboard.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting YugoRocketsfan:</div><div class="quote_post">god u laker fans are funny</div> How's that? I'm a huge Jordan fan, as well as a Laker fan. What's even funnier would be if I didn't have my avatar and sig...then you'd agree with my post. Unless you seriously think that a Jordan comeback would be significant to the franchise...
It probably would be significant for the franchise. 1. Probably still capable of putting up 15ppg. 2. Can mentor the new players on the bulls. Making their talented roster a major threat in the nearby future. 3. He would demand more out of Curry and Chandler. 4. Veteran Leadership on the court. However, I'm totally against it, because it would further tarnish Jordan's career as he has came back once too many times. I also believe that it is too early for Jordan to coach or assistant coach, because it would kill Jordan to not be playing as he is still capable.
i'm not against his comebacks, if he has love for the game and can still play at NBA level, so be it. As long as it is love for the game and not for money, now that i hate.
as long as i would love seein michael jordan in a bulls jersey again, i just don't think it would ever happen. the man is 41 one years old and if he returns to the court he would totally ruin the record for most ppg in his career.

of course we have to move on. I dont think he will come back, though this isnt based on anything but personal opinion.
He shouldnt, they have a good thing going right now with their young players and if he comes back then that will mess them up completely. They are trying to rebuild.
Im one of the biggest Jordan fans on this site, but I would shun a Jordan return attempt to the Bulls both if I was part of the Bulls party or the Jordan party. First off why? Why would he want to come back. If he comes back he would lose his career average of over 30 points, and would further tarnish his leagcy with another return. Next why would the Bulls want him. Besides selling tickets he wont do much. He would stunt the growth of Gordon , and Hinrich as leaders, and lead them to eventually sign with another team or reuqest a trade. Jordan is the greatest ever, but at this point in his career he is not the greatest basketball player on the ocurt any more though he is still very high up there. The Bulls do not want any more guards at this point they have remained in contact with Jayson Williams, but have said they have no intrest in resigning him when he makes his return. now this is a guy who was named to the all rookie second team his first nba season, drafted 2nd overall by the team, and had a triple double his first NBA game, and is only 23 years old. If the Bulls wouldnt waive players to make room for him. Why would they want Jordan at this point as a player when he is 42 or 43 forget which, had a injury his first season with Washington in his last come back attempt, and would not average over 16 points at best. I agree with Readl Deal only osition Jordan would return to the Bulls is in the front office.
Thats was exactly my point, they dont need to rebuild again around Jordan. He cant play anymore and everyone will just focus on him instead of their future leaders in Gordan and the rest of the young guys.
