hey guys congrats on the fantastic season so far. I have noticed that the suns plays the starters for nearly 40 minutes per game a lot of the time. And today against the Trail Blazers only 7 players were used, Are you worried about burn out towards the end of the season and playoffs? they are playing a hell of a lot time in most games.
Certainly burning out is a fear. Hopefully we can avoid injuries, and later in the season try rotate our starters more with the bench, giving guys like Hunter, Voskuhl, Jacobsen and Barbosa more time on court.
Not really...I mean injuries are usually a freak fall or accident that couldn't be prevented anyway. Lets take a look at two great players, Magic and Jordan. Magic averaged 36 mins a game (almsot 40) Jordan averaged 38 mins a game I realize that the suns palyers are not near the calibur as these two, but i'm just pointing out that it is possible to play the whole game and not get injured. Awsome players want to be on the floor....they don't care about how many minutes they are playing. They are there for the competition and to help their team to win! **Also, players realize that situations like this are once in a lifetime. There are many players who end up gonig from crappy team to crappy team...The Suns will enjoy and play as much as they can.

Yeah I really dont think that they will burn out they are to good of a team. If they really need a break they have guys that they put in their not to get points but just to guard someone. They are going to stay at the top.
