If the Bulls on offense keep giving the ball to Davis or Tyson Chandler down low on Boozer, they should find scoring easy. Boozer's defense is a big weakness for the Jazz, as Philadelphia showed with Kenny Thomas dropping 30. Boozer will make up for it on the boards and on offense, but Chicago should simply look to let someone go one on one with Boozer. Prediction Jazz have lost 7 straight, and this is another one of those games they could win but usually find a way to throw it away. Kirilenko wont be back, but if Utah can limit the fouls and not let Chicago in the bonus that will help a lot, because fouls are usually a big part of Utah's losses. Boozer needs to play some D, and the scoring will obviously have to be there. Which, for the Jazz is easier said than done. But I'm still going to predict the Jazz to win . Jazz 97 Bulls 92
This should be a good game: Michael Jordan will be hard for the Jazz to stop, while Bryon Russell's defense is good, he can't stop Jordan. But on the other side of the ball, the Jazz have John Stockton and Karl Malone running the pick and roll. Those two makes up one of the best one-two punches in league history. Oh wait I'm living in 1998, how nice it was to have a winning team then, I bet Bulls fans could say the same. But really I think the Jazz can win this game, neither one of these teams are very good, I think the Jazz are due for a win. A 7-game losing streak should make you want to come out and play better than you ever have to make a statement and hopefully they will with a win. I am say the Jazz by 7.
Bulls 84 Jazz 78 Another one the Jazz could've won, but managed to throw away. A big advantage in rebounding for the Utah, and the other vital stats were fairly even, but the shooting let Utah down. 36% shooting for field goals, and just 66% from the line. 11 missed Free Throws. 24 turnovers doesn't exactly help either. The Jazz started the game well, allowing the Bulls to only 12 first quarter points and getting 22 themselves. It was basically a complete reversal in the 2nd, the Bulls carried it on into the third and the Jazz couldn't regain the lead.
