I like this team (maybe cuz Michael Redd is on it) but they need to change some thing to be a better team and get to the playoff i think they need height (not meaning Stantiago)

    1. Get healthy, they can make the playoffs with what they have inside, go anywhere? No way. Finding a big man, isn't easy, no one is available really.

    2. Mo Williams must continue to improve and become the leader that TJ Ford was to this team last year.

    3. Cut Erick Strickland

    4. Give Joe Smith more touches, when he gets the ball, he scores.

Injuries have been the reason the Bucks are underachieving this season. TJ Ford, KVH, Kukoc, and now Gadzuric have all spent time on the injured list. The Bucks also lost some key players off the bench during the off-season and have not had the depth in the backcourt to win the close games and win on the road.

Depth is a key ingredient for this teams success, but until this squad gets healthy they are going to continue to be the doormat for the Central division.

Another concern the Bucks have to worry about is the situation with Michael Redd. He's expressed playing with LeBron and playing for his home state. Should the Bucks gamble and hope he re-signs, or should they deal him now and get something in return. If the Bucks do decide to re-sign him, Redd is going to want the max .. is he worth the max?

Look at their record. They arent doing good at all. Damon Jones was a very good PG, a lot better than Mo. Injuries was the big hit, and now Fizer and Hamilton are injured I believe. Meh, just look into next year's team I would say. Trade Redd for something with value while we have him. Lose Santiago. If Ford doesnt return next year, just drop him cuz he will never return. Keep Mason, trade Kukoc, trade Van Horn (he doesnt do anything right ever anymore), get a big man. Find a better PG maybe. Their guards are decent though. Lots of things to do, thats just some of my thoughts. Their area lot of peeps that want to be traded so maybe we could somehow get B Davis or maybe even Ray Allen back in Milwaukee. I heard he might like to finish his career with the Bucks.
