    If the playoffs were to start today, here is what the Eastern Conference would look like:

    1. Miami Heat
    2. Cleveland Cavaliers
    3. New York Knicks
    4. Washington Wizards
    5. Detroit Pistons
    6. Orlando Magic
    7. Indiana Pacers
    8. Boston Celtics

    It sure is strange to see Indiana and Detroit not in the top 4 with home court advantage.
