<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I think if Bosh can perform the same we he did in TO versus KG, the Raps can steal this one. My opinion on Spree is that he'll be contained in this one by Mo' and Eric Williams. If we can just keep KG to his usual numbers, the Raptors should be fine. However their are a lot of ifs in this one. I'll take the Raps in this one, 97-93.

    Predicted Stats:

Kevin Garnett: 21 Points, 15 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 2 Blocks
Chris Bosh: 19 Points, 11 Rebounds, 3 Blocks

Bonner will knock KG to the ground </div>

Close enough [IMG] Bosh with 19 and 11, KG with 20, 14 and 4 .

100-91 Didn't watch the whole thing because of work, but great win!

    Donyell Marshall is king!!

Jalen and Donyell saved us at the end, Jalen had a few misses, but when we were in a drought he came and scored some baskets. Marshall was just a beast.

I feel bad for KG, if some didn't know, he's actually been injured, his knee is hurt, you could see that many times he didn't want to go on offense and was giving up the ball.

Bosh did good for the most part, and this game was just great, Go Raptors, first win in Minnesotta, and Alston had 16 assists.

i think i'm a better shooter than anthony carter. when rafer plays like the way he did today, the raps are a tough team to beat.

Impressive win, marshall was on fire in the 4th, and both bosh and rafer had good games with another double-double from bosh and a career high 15 asts for rafer.

Anthony Carter his like 5 jumpshots in a row against Denver, he's not a three point shooter, but his mid-range jumper isn't bad at all.

One downer in the game was Morris Petersons performance...No surprise that it came on the road.

Who cares about that Anthony Carter dude or KG's injury for that matter. Raps won and that's all it matters. We still took some questionable threes, mainly by Rose down the stretch, but he went back inside after missing a couple of long range shots and like og15 mentioned, him and Marshall saved the game for us tonight. Mo Pete had his difficulties on offense, but nevertheless he defended and got the rebounds. Hopefully they can continue this performance on the road against the Wizards on Friday, now that Larry Hughes is out for the season with an injury. Raptors CAN take the next three games, Wednesday in Toronto against NYK, Friday at Washington, and Sunday against Bobcats in ACC. They are all winable games. This game will shut up that Fagschuk guy. No, Feschuk will say Bosh allowed KG to have 20 points and 14 rebounds and has been looking lost defensively lately [IMG]

I swear, if Fagschuk comes up with something stupid like that I'm going to plant a bomb in his car and make sure he stays silent forever. [IMG]

wow...i sure did eat my words today...raps with a great win.

bosh again with not just a double double...but continuing to rebound the ball extremely well. i think i remember reading some people on here saying how bosh will never avg dbl figures in rebounds...and how bosh wont ever be a good rebounder because he's not big or strong enough. i think with the consistancy of which he's been rebounding the ball well lately, pretty much proves those people wrong.

the exciting part, is that he's still quite raw as a player. he's getting better all the time, and is going to be a whole lot better

Don't sound so depressed there buddy! [IMG] We won after all and you should be glad that your prediction was off! As for Bosh and rebounding, a good rebounder does not have to be big or strong. He just has to be smart and predict where the ball is going to come off and get the position to board the ball. Bosh is smart, he's starting to get the hang of where the best rebounding positions are each time a shot is fired, and he's got the hops to compensate for the lack of bulk. This kid will be something special by the end of this season.

    Great game!!!!

Really exciting and it was awesome that we got a win on the road, especially against Minni.

Bosh played really aggressively against KG and got him in foul trouble.
Rafer was driving strong, and if it wasn't there dished it to an open Marshall.

Mo Pete struggled on the road, he didn't get a couple calls when he was driving where I thought they were fouls though.

Another solid performance from Jalen. He is playing a lot smarter ball than he was a month ago.

Didn't Bosh tie Marshall's franchise mark for 8 consecutive DD's tonight?

Or how Rafer's 15 assissts are worthless with his 2 turnovers, damn that BS Fountain [IMG]

Anyways, great game by the Raps.
Must have been a great feeling for Sam and Rob to get the franchise's first win in Minny when they're in charge.

However, I still think 20 3's are a bit too much, but we hit them, so I can't say anything.
Gotta keep the momentum going against New york where we get the Home Moe Pete.
    Atlantic here we come! [IMG]

Great game by the Raps..way to hold down the lead and close it out.

I love the way Raefer played and controlled the game. He didnt take any bad shots, he took high percentage shots and got his team involved in the game. By far his best game all year.

The veterans stepped up and calmed the team down nicely when the Wolves were on a good run. But I still dont understand WHY they want to trade them (jalen and donyell). I would give it to the end of the year to see if the Raps make a playoff run first before jumping the gun and making a trade.

If Rose and Marshall stops pouting about not starting, then yea I see us keeping them at least until the end of this season, but if they keep pouting, they'll have to be traded. As for Donyell Marshall though, he's going to be a free agent at the end of this season, and that's why we're trying to move him before we lose him without any compensation in the off season. We're not going to resign Marshall because not only we can't afford him, it will also hurt the development of young guys like Bonner, Pape Sow and Rafael Araujo.
