I hate to say it, but you guys are due for 'an injury plagued season'. Youth may be on your side, but three guys down at the same time and a malcontent or two would put a real hurt on your chances. However, at this point I wish you all the best. [IMG]</div>

That was 2003 for us. We had ton of injuries that year, and started 1-2. Still righted the ship and went on to be 12-4.

I have a lot of faith in Andy Reid and Joe Banner. That have shown to know what they are doing. Lets hope it stays that way.

Interesting how you feel this is a "bbaddd" offseason for Philly. How did Javon Walker look in camp? Can Ahman Green stop beating women for at least one relationship? Good call my man, direct attention to one of the 3 or 4 teams who are actually falling faster than the eagles</div>

I'd say something about deflecting your own teams problems by pointing out another teams problems but I'd hate for 1963 to get all bent out of shape.

Speaking from Experience; Sometimes, when your favorite team has a horrible season, it works out for the better.

Not that any Philly fan would ever admit that either

p.s. I thought it was Nero fiddled while Rome burned?

Let me get this straight, because TO may not be on the field this year, then the Eagles will start to fall apart? Does anyone remember that the Eagles have gotten to the NFC Championship 3 years without TO, and to the Super Bowl without him? Does anyone realize that the Eagles ended with an 11th ranked defense in the NFL, and tied with NE for 2nd in PPG allowed? Look, I'll admit that without TO, the Eagles will not take the NFC as easily as last year, but they will still have a very good year. The team is still very good. We had 9 pro bowlers last year, and we lost one to free agency. Without TO, that's still 7 pro bowlers (not inlcuding Westbrook). Oh god I'm an idiot, the Eagles look like crap next year. They only have 7 pro bowlers returning, time to start worrying for me and the rest of the Eagles fans.

I did not say they would fall completely apart this season, next season it will be done. This season they will not do nearly as good as last season, cuz this team got worse and everyone else in NFC has closed gap some.

But how can you say that because two players are holding out, while the Eagles have alot of young talent signed for the future? To me, that doesn't prove a thing about a team in it's future years.

It is not just that, it is other things, a lot of the better talent is getting older, some of the younger talent is overrated by you IMO. It is all falling apart

Philly should be alright next year( I still see Dallas taking the division though) I think they take the Wild Card atleast next year. because as long as they have Donnie Mac they should do fine, same thing goes for the Packers we'll atleast pick up a Wild Card as long as we have Brett Favre. These two are facing similar situations but in the end I see both of them prevailing to some extent.

Just being a rational Eagles fan who speaks the truth. Westbrook summed it up pretty good. Two things you must understand: 1. It's the offseason and everyone is so hungry for any kind of news that once there is some, it's considered earth-shattering. 2. Everyone hates the winning team (unless your a bandwagon jumper).

Philly just drafted 11 players and right now have 10 more next year. This team is extremely well ran will constantly compete year in and year out. I find it hilarious people actually thing that this is the begining og the end for Philly. Do what I do with BF1, let him go on his ridiculous rants about how bad your team stinks. You know he's just sitting at his parents house with his Zubaz pants and listening to the Super Bowl shuffle on his 8 track player that his uncle Louie loaned him while sitting on this board trying to be witty.
