He's scheduled to return on the 26th against the Celtics. I think it will take a bit of time to get back into his groove, but he should be a top guard once he gets back and on the roll again. Pacer fans should look forward to this, JO has been on an amazing streak lately, and SJaxx should help the lineup alot.
i'm really glad that the pacers team is back together now. the pacers only missing piece now is artest. Who knows whether or not he will be on the team next season.
I'm curious to see how SJax plays in his return. He's received a lot of criticism for the Piston fight and I imagine he'll get booed when the Pacers go on the road. The Pacers will be glad to have him back. He was playing great basketball for them on both ends of the court, and gave them more size at SG. I enjoyed watching Fred Jones get a chance to show his stuff, but the Pacers needed SJax back to give them more consistency and to take advantage of his size. Right now they are in the 7th spot in the playoff race, let's see how fast they can climb with another piece of their lineup back.
This will be great for the Pacers. Tinsley has been playing like an allstar, you can argue that JO has been playing like the MVP, and now with Jackson back...look out. The Pacers have played decent ball without him, with him back..they will look like they did last year, and if Artest is allowed for the playoffs, I seriously think they can contest with Miami.
I think JO's numbers will go down a bit when Jackson comes back, his numbers have been crazy since his X-Mas return. I guess we'll find out on Wednesday.
