1) The worst ref call I ever saw was...It's tough to think of just one. The calls I hate the most are the ones where the ref waits to see if the shot goes in before blowing the whistle. 2) The best play I ever saw was...It was when Darius Miles was on the Clippers. I forget the other players involved, but one Clipper threw the ball downcourt on a fast break. Another caught the ball at about the foul line, and tossed a no look alley oop pass to Miles before hitting the ground. 3) My favorite player is Tony Allen because...First off, he's on my favorite team. I didn't really have a favorite player before him. I think what I like about him is his endless energy and extra effort. It's rare to see a guy play harder than he does, night in and night out. 4) Ryan Gomes isn't in the NBA but should be because...he was convinced that Providence would be a great team this year, so he decided not to go into the draft. 5) Ron Artest is in the NBA but should not be because...he should be in the nuthouse.
Quoting NickVanExel:

5) Allen Iverson is the most underrated player in the NBA. (I KNOW I'LL HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE)
Yes please explain. I know Iverson is one of the smallest guys in the NBA and he goes in the lane day in and day out in the middle of those 250-300 pound big men, but he shots a poor shooting percentage (better this year then in prior years) and turns the ball over for a point guard 4 times a game which is good for #2 in the league. I know a lot of people in this forum love Iverson, but I will have to say I believe that he is one of the most overrated players in the league. Sure he scores but he has to put up 20-30 shots a game to do it, he is #1 in the league in field goals attempted and shoots only 41%. I'll give him credit that he has heart, he is one of the biggest thief?s in the NBA when it comes to steals, and he can light up the scoreboard, but that?s about it. This is Iverson's 9th season in the league, and he just hit his 1st game winner (against the Pacers), and if you compare him to Kobe or Mike Bibby (both regarded as clutch players) I would say that they have around 10 more game winners then him. I liked Iverson in the Sixers finals run but that?s about it, in that year he shot his best field goal percentage of his career (42%) and just put the Sixers on his back to the finals. I am sorry if it sounds like I am putting down Iverson, but I feel that he is a shooting guard playing point guard and is anything but underrated. He is a flashy scorer that has to put up a lot of shots to score and I just don?t know how he is underrated.
I don't think you can say Vince is overrated anymore. Just because he gets the most votes doesn't mean a real basketball fan thinks he's good.

He's 6' (according to some but I've met him and he is shorter than I am and I'm exactly 6', I think he's 5'11) and he's takin into the lane a lot between those HUGE guys like you said. He is not scared of anyone and FOR HIS SIZE, IMO he is the most TALENTED player in the nba. I'm not sayin the best in the league but he has the most talent. Imagine if he was as tall as Kobe or T-Mac!? Also, people stopped talkin about him. Iverson could get 30 or 40 pt games and no one talks about it, they're all talkin bout Lebron or Wade. That is why I think Iverson is underrated.
