I just noticed there wasn't a thread to discuss this game so I decided to start one. I haven't seen the whole game but the thing I noticed is that the Pacers are shooting 90% at the free-throw line and the Heat have shot 46%. They need to improve on free-throw shooting, but other than that all aspects of the Heat's game are solid. The thing that impressed me most is the Heat defense. Shoot! Tinsly hit a shot with .9 left to tie it up. Looks like they forced Over-Time. UPdate: In OT IND leads by two with 1:40 left. Wade made a great defensive play by blocking Fred Jones's Three-point attempt then Jermaine o'Neal's 15 footer. But Reggie Miller just hit a three.
DAMN! We let this game slip away........... 106-100 Indiana wins in OT. LOL did anyone see that part where Shaq ran throught the middle and BOULDOZED Scott Ploard LMAO! THen the camera is right next to Scott and he says F***in Bulllsh*t. LMAO greatest moment HAHA. Shaq IMO was doing great for us in this game. Wade did end up qith 30 points but he took TOO many shots. In OT I don't think Shaq attempted even 2 shots in the whole period. DISGRACEFUL! Eddie Jones also choked a lot. THE HEAT NEED TO WORK ON FREE THROW SHOOTING! ALL IN ALL THATS WHAT COST THEM THE GAME! I'm sure Stan Van Gundys giving them a speech in the locker room. My punishment would be 1000 free throws a day for the whole team. Our free throw shooting is absolutly horrible.

Wade shouldn't have tryed to bank in the shot that would have tied it. It shows you Wade analyses situations. The Heat need to work on what to do when a shooter runs off a screen one of the two threes Miller hit was because no one picked him up. ^ The Pollard moment is a classic showing of what the Diesel does to others.
Pollard was HILARIOUS. He was just getting the crap knocked out of him the entire game, I have the part where he yelled "F****** BULL****" saved on my Tivo . But anyways, we deserved to lose this game. Shooting 47% from the free throw line is inexcusable, even for Shaq.
What a great game and a great win for Indiana. Jamaal Tinsley was killer and Reggie must have felt Spike Lee's presence in OT.

The Heat rely on Shaq and Wade for most of their scoring but the real x factor is how well Damon and Eddie Jones performs. Damon Jones had 7 points and 5 assists. Eddie Jones had 11 points and 3 assists. When the Heat win they have the star performences of Shaq and Wade plus Damon and Eddie adding at least 12+ points a game. Its almost hard for me to believe that wade and shaq are the leagues highest scoring duo, with shaqs freethrow troubles. I mean can you believe what the duo would be scoring wise if shaq could hit his freethrows. Shaq would be purely unstoppable if he put his mind to hit every freethrow, as he does when clutch situations come up. Shaq always says that he can hit them in the clutch. now the whole team did shoot poorly from the line missing critical freethrows here and there. But it alwasy disgruntles me when i see shaq clanking those freebies.

Anytime you shot in the 40's for you free throw percentage it's not good, even Haslem who is a decent free throw shooter for the season was 4-7. Shaq was 4-13 from the line, and Wade was 8-12. Good game by Wade and Shaq though, highest scoring combo in the NBA. Too bad the "X-Factors" couldn't have good games though.
Ya lol Im glad to se everyone like Scot Pollards performance lol, I ddin't tape it though Lol that was the best NBA moment of the season though. Shaq runs through t the lane SMASHING POLLARD AND THE CAMERA IS RIGHT NEX TO HIM AND HE SAID HIS NEW FAMOUS LINE! LOL
