<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tribute to H2O:</div><div class="quote_post"> It was just one of those games for the Raptors. Half of those guys never hit a long jumper in their life, the one game they start hitting them it's against us. But as my friend says, "Sometimes that's how the cookie crumbles". That game was a fluke. It will never happen again.</div> <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tribute to H2O:</div><div class="quote_post">Tonight's game was a fluke. Simple as that.</div> <div class="quote_poster">Quoting mrj18:</div><div class="quote_post">When bench players that I never heard of were making some tough mid range shots I knew it was just a good game for Toronto.</div> <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tribute to H20:</div><div class="quote_post">The Raptors blasted the Knicks last night. But it was a FLUKE!!!Yes I said it!!! A fluke. And I will say this, the Knicks are going to beat the Raptors this weekend. No doubt in my mind about it. I'm willing to go as far to say the Raptors will not win another game in the regular season against the Knicks.</div> <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tibute to H20:</div><div class="quote_post">But that wont happen again at least not against the Knicks.</div> <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tibute to H20:</div><div class="quote_post"> But the Raptors arent winning against the Knicks for the rest of the season. I guarantee it.</div> <font color="red"><font size="3">01/19/05 W 98-81 vs New York</font></font> hehehe There was more but these were the highlights. The Raps are 1 game back of the Knicks who themselves are a game behind 2 teams in the Atlantic. I hope some of this might lead the people above to be more open about the saying "anything can happen". And actually start listening when people say that in the NBA anyone can beat anyone on any given night. New York has potential. But fans should not look down on other teams. As a matter of fact they should be looking up...cause thats where a vast majority of the other teams in the league are.
Actually, the first game was a fluke. Cold night for New York, Hot night for Toronto. There was no question about it. So my quote up there is true. I didn't say anything bad about the Raptors, in fact I always say never say never. Please take into consideration our injuries, and our coach contributing to our unerachieving record. Also you just dug that out ages ago when Toronto started to do well. For you to call us "silly Knick fans" is very offensive. You have said your fair share of "silly" things in this very forum. I'm not going to dig up your bad quotes because I'm going to be the bigger man in this one. Just realize everytime you come here it is to bash the Knicks or indiviual members from this forum. Why don't you give credit where credit is due. If we were to lose or something you will always come and bring your two cents in however, if we were to win, you would be nowhere to be found. Hmm, something seems quite strange... Btw, you misspelled Tribute to H2O a couple of times
I'm a Raptor fan and even I think this thread should be locked. The Knicks are still one game up on us, there is no reason to gloat at all on our point and it's just tasteless. On behalf of Raptors fans on JBB I apologize to Knicks fans. Someone get a freaking moderator in here.
Hahahahaha, make that the LAST time we agree on something. J/K I just pm'd Henacy, he should be on it.
