no review here, just kicking off the thread for the game.
so far its been pretty craptacular some bad calls both ways and the Kings are just not hitting their shots. If you are going to put all your eggs in the offensive basket, you better not drop it on the way to the hoop.

its 16-30 Spurs after one... ugh...

Wow, a loss by 30 at home.
    What now...

BTW, at least you put forth an effort to make a game thread, harbinger

Ankle injury. I believe there were only 8 assists in the whole game by the Kings.

9 assists by the whole team in ONE GAME. I've dished out that many assists in a high school game by myself. This is ridiculous. Nobody made any effort to pass, play defense or shoot. Mobley shot 29%, Peja shot 25% and everybody else did about the same. This is by far the worst game they've played this year, including the loss to the Hornets. Looks like Petrie needs to either make some more moves or get his players in line.

lmfao, we got spanked. You guys are making a bigger deal out of this than it is. These things will happen once in a while. We did win like 6-7 games in a row before this. And we beat the spurs just before new years. Just chill out. every team will have a bad night.

This worries me. If we're getting man handled like this by the elite teams then what are we gonna do in the playoffs?

$actown Dyme, other than the first few games of the season I think this is the only time the Kings have gotten "handled" by an elite team.Didnt get to see this game but it looks like the Spurs played their best and the Kings didnt show up.Sucks that they can blowout a team like cleveland and then turn around and have one of their worst games of the year.Webber only saw something like 13 minutes due to an ankle injury.I take its not all that serious as im not hearing or reading anything about it anywhere.Oh well, just had a nice win streak and lost to the best team in the league.Dont think anyone believes the Kings are as bad as they played tonight.

wow... that was just a bad game all the way around
yes it happens. In and of itself, I'm not too worried about it though. If they keep playing like that then I'll worry. but one bad game by itself is going to happen... this just happended to be a REALLY BAD game...

Webber rolled his ankle and didnt come back, not expected to miss any games because of it though.

Don't forget about the drubbing that the Lakers handed us at home in late November. But aside from that you are correct. I Agree, that game was not a typical Kings game. They have already beaten the Spurs once at home and to me, this just shows how much the team depends on Chris Webber. I hope that he can come through.

The laker game at arco was a drubbing.I dont know about you but I dont consider LA to be an elite team,as I stated.Just goes to show that any team can play anyway at any time, some more consistent than others.Spurs played one of their best games of the year on Sunday and then turned around and lost to the Randolphless Blazers, and the Spurs are the best in the league. So,its nothing to worry about.

We got The Spurs again Thursday this time in San Antonio and nationally televised on TNT. Should be interesting, hopefully Webber can remain on the court for the full 48 minutes or we don't stand a chance...

My bad, I misssed that. I was just trying to remind everyone that this was the second time this season that this happened. But that's not important. The Kings (barring that disaster) have been playing well of late, and I agree with Giant Midget, there is nothing to worry about for Kings fans as long as C-Webb is able to stay healthy.
