<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Strange as it might have seemed, that was actually sweat dripping from the brow of Milwaukee Bucks forward Toni Kukoc on Sunday afternoon at Madison Square Garden. Veteran Toni Kukoc is unsure about his role with the Bucks. Kukoc had gotten in a good run, playing 16 minutes and contributing to the Bucks? victory over the New York Knicks. ?Reminds me of the good old days,? he said. Kukoc, 36, finds himself in a rather perplexing situation with the Bucks these days. He wants to play, feels as if he can still play, yet he hasn?t been logging much playing time. In fact, the 16 minutes Kukoc played against New York were 16 more than he had played in either of the two previous games.</div> Source I would label his role as 'Trade Bait' this season.
The only reason he played 16 minutes against New York was that Marcus Fizer was out with an injury. The only thing he is good for now is passing the ball well, he can't shoot or jump for boards any more. If we can get anything for him, I'm all for it.
Ive enjoyed seeing Kukoc with us and I wouldnt mind seeing who we can get for him BUT I wouldnt mind seeing him stay IF he stuck to his passing skills/game and took those open 3s... its what he was good at. But he is getting older...
