on monday who here is surprised? :lol <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">No fan of Bush To say that Rasheed Wallace is less than thrilled to be meeting President George W. Bush on Monday is an understatement. When asked about the Pistons' trip to the White House, Wallace said, "I ain't going to say (nothing) to him. I didn't vote for him. I'm not excited at all, it's just part of the thing." OK then. "He ain't lying, either," Billups said. "He won't say nothing to him." </div> Link
That's pretty funny, but, I would believe him. He seems like the kind of guy who would do something like that. I bet President Bush won't even hear about this story and he will start trying to start a conversation with Rasheed.
Yeah hopefully there is a camera crew around, im gonna have to see this, I can see it now, Bush is gonna say somthing to Sheed and hes gonna not reply or say somthing nasty back, its gonna be great!
Well either Sheed lied or he was told by the secret service to be nice to Bush because he stook his hand and said something to him. Full Recap Here
I wouldn't talk to that rotten bastard either. This takes real balls on Sheed's part and I'm proud of him for sicking to his guns. Not many players would do this.
haha sheed is muh fav player and im very proud of him!!!!!! i wouldnt talk either and hes gotta have some guts lol and i heard on the news sheeds baby girl started crying so bush picked her up and gave her to sheed and sheed smiled and shook bush's hand a nice long hand shake(Mad!!)..........................................ahahahahah ballahollic #42
Somehow, I think Pres. Bush will survive w/o Sheed talking to him...... Just call it a hunch. "Mr. President....I didn't vote for you."- Rasheed. "That's ok. 62 million other Americans did."- President George W. Bush

"I also appreciate the fact that you've been involved in great causes like teaching children how to read. I can't think of a more important cause than lending a gift of knowledge to a child."-Dubya Hmm. Where were those good 'ole basketball players when Dubya was a kid and learning how to speak??
This was funny I remember hearing this. The next thing you know, Bush was carrying Sheed's little girl!
