anyone catch the utah game? vc exploded once again (he had 18 in the third alone) with a sick windmill off a give by kidd. he wasn't quite elevated, but it was still nasty, great fun to watch.

I didn't think the Nets would be able to take this on, I was talking to someone, and I said unless Vince and Kidd both have really good games the Jazz should win, but then Vince and Kidd both had really good games.

That windmill was sick and he didn't even run. Expect Vince to be a MVP candidate next season.

I don't think so, the only MVP candidate on the team would be Jason Kidd if they do good. Vince wasn't an MVP candidate in his better years, and this team has a lot of options.

Not much, cool seeing you here.

It's really hard for a swingman like Vince to be MVP. Usually the award goes to more position specific, or unique players. Tim Duncan is always a good pick, because he's so consistent. Its hard for guards and forwards like vince to put up consistent great numbers. KG is just special.

For Vince to be MVP, he'd needa couple things:
    1. A persuasive winning season.
    2. Phenomenal, lebron type averages.
    3. To be the definitive best player on the team, with no one close.

The first two are possible, except that I doubt he'd have a strong winning season with the nets, without jefferson or kidd playing great also. People will always think kidd makes the team run, and it'll be hard for vince to prove that he's the team's engine (which will be unlikely. A winning Nets team, requires a very good Jason Kidd)
