<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">MILWAUKEE ? In explaining why he felt the Target Center boos were entirely predictable during a lackluster Sunday loss to Sacramento, Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders stopped himself and interjected one exception:

Jeering Michael Olowokandi right after his first miss of the game.

"I felt bad for him ? he missed one shot and the fans started booing the poor guy right away," Saunders said. "Give the guy a chance."

Those pleas might fall on deaf ears of fans resentful of a high-priced acquisition who played in just 43 games last season, then returned for career lows of 4.8 points and 4.5 rebounds this season. Not to mention his getting Tasered and arrested in November in Indianapolis, and the suspensions for that incident and for an on-court fight in Denver.

Whatever the motivation for the message, it was received loud and clear by Olowokandi.

"I have no control over that," the Wolves center said before Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. "I don't know if it was in regards to what happened in the recent past or what. But I didn't think about it." </div>

Olowokandi knows that it's part of the territory especially when he is making millions. Fans are paying exorbitant prices at the games so they are entitled to ride on their own players if they can't get it done. He has to suck it up and just play better.

I am pretty sure all fans are sick of him. I for one was very excited when I heard we signed him, I thought for sure he would break out.

Now everyone can see how bad he really is, I must admit, during the Kings game, I was one of the people booing him.
