Yeah I must admit we didn't deserve to win with the way we played in the 2nd half (particularly the 4th) and also tmac's bad shooting and our inability to defend odom in the 4th. But I still was relieved we won the game. Even though we were lucky, I wouldn't be laughing if I was you, the lakers playing well in spurts isn't that funny, and their losing streak and their brink of losing the last playoff spot isn't worthy of having a last laugh either. I think we had the last laugh as you can see in the end of the game from tmac+yao and co. I feel bad for cook though..it went in and out [IMG]

Like what I've said it's gonna be a close game. Good thing the Rockets manage to win and got lucky when Cook missed the 3 pointer. I just don't know why the Rockets have a hard time guarding Odom especially when he's hot. I first noticed it when he was still with the Heat last season. He's got a good move going to the hoop. Anyway it's still a win for the Rockets. They should learn next time how to tighten up their defenses.

Wow that was a close one. It probably shouldn't have been, but well what are you going to do. Houston's offense and defense was incredible in the first half but was obviously slipping in the second half. Rockets got most of their points from steals and offensive rebounds, which shows how strong defense can be allowing them to create the offense. Almost all the starters had a great game with the exception of perhaps McGrady and Howard. Wesley was completely lighting everyone up with his three pointers, Sura played with heart and hustle, while Yao played great defensively and offensively. McGrady on the other hand, had a completely horrible shooting night and was not even making attempts of driving in to create fouls. Bad game for him. Anyways, it was a lucky win for Houston considering Brian Cook was completely wide open for the three and the shot went in and out. Nevertheless, a win is a win and that puts the Rockets in front of Memphis as the sixth seed.

I'm glad JVG put McGrady on Odom on the last possession. I was wondering throughout the fourth quarter why he wasn't doing that. Odom isn't a dominating post up player, and McGrady could neutralize his slashing moves and is long enough to contest his shots.

Although it's great we won, we shouldn't of lost that 16 point lead, that sort of thing will kill us in the future, I think we just got overconfident in the fourth, first quarter T-Mac was shooting horribly he missed so many three pointers, Yao played great again, Wesley played great, and Juwan is getting better at rebounding.....for that laker fan that came in here, a win is a win, whether it's a 1 point win at the buzzer or a 40 point blowout, the win is the only thing that counts in the standings.
