Last night it was Tim Thomas, who sprained his left index finger in the first half and he is questionable for tomorrow night's meeting with the Heat at Madison Square Garden.

The X-rays were negative and Thomas returned to the game, but he left town with a splint on the finger and was not feeling optimistic about a rapid recovery. </div> Source

Tim Thomas can play like a scurb sometimes but, he can also be a good scorer off the bench. I would throw 15 minutes at him for simply scoring and getting to the line. As much as many of you think this is good, it really isn't. This injury will have an impact on the Knicks mentally. Injuries have really taken a tole on us and I really think is the nucleus to our little January record. This season these are the injuries:

    Crawford
    Houston
    Tim Thomas
    Penny
    Sweetney
in total 65 games were lost between each of them and that might even continue. Injuries is why we're doing so badly.
