woah! really! wtf is up with this team, i really think u should get rid of mitchelll now, if that is true then omg. i dont know what to say. i wish we could've stayed with Kevin o'neill or some one.... if this is true we need to get rid of mitchell, or help him out or trade the guys.

Great, so we got rid of one psychotic coach for an even more psychotic coach. If all these allegations are true then that would really suck because I think Mitchell, as a rookie head coach, has been doing a very good job coaching this team, and he was an improvement from our previous two coaches. So it's a shame to see that he has such a weak personality that clashes with a lot of players. And about Michelle Carter, I think she should seriously consider staying far away from the media. She also recently spoke out against some of the VC critics (Barkley especially) and now she does this. Everytime she opens her mouth she just makes Carter look more and more like a momma's boy who needs his mommy to defend for him. If I were Carter, I would be REALLY embarrassed.
Wow, so I guess Sam Mitchell is the actual problem, they said MoPete is also worried, and I don't know, even with us having changed coaches all the time, Sam might have to go if he acts like that.
EDIT... Michelle doesn't know what she's talking about, listen to the FAN 590, and you'll hear what Sam said. Alvin, Chris, Sam and Vince were in the trainers room. Sam was joking around with the guys saying that he's old and he doesn't get the treatment to their bodies like these guys get. They were joking around and stuff, and Alvin is like 'ooh WWF', paraphrasing, but they didn't fight. If anything they were jokin around. Sam said Alvin was a witness, and told the media to ask him what happend; so they did, and Alvin rolled his eyes and said "give me a break". He said their was no fight at all, just joking. Far from a fight...Far from a fight. Alvin, in case you didn't know, is a very close friend to Vince. I'd take Alvin Williams word over A LOT of other NBA players Word..and just people in general. Especially over Michelle.

Especially over Michelle.</div>At first when I was reading what Michelle said I thought she was out of her mind cuz it looked as though he was just play fighting with everyone and she's taking it WAY too seriously.... but then the article mentioned that someone on the Raps said the same situation was similar to the confrontation with Alston, and that for a fact was definitely not a play fight seeing how Alston cried and demanded an apology after. I guess it's all a bunch of he said, she said business right now. But personally I think Michelle Carter was just blowing things way out of proportion. The whole thing with VC slamming Mitchell on the table definitely looked like it was all fun and games...... the Alston situation however, didn't look like one.
Just watched it on TSN. It was just a play fight and they also had Michelle Carter saying "it wasn't a real fight"....geez man so many people make such a big deal. All these Toronto news writers seem to just want to bury the team aka Dave Feschuk and now Marty York.. man alive..all this negative press! I don't believe that story for a second. Vince is too much of a girl to do that. If Mitchell did challenge Vince to a fight, I bet Vince rolled his shoulders and walked away.
i think that VC's mom just wants to discredit the raptor franchise even more so that when VC comes back here to play the raps, fans will actually cheer him instead of booing him... i mean she has to feel something for that upcoming date when her son comes back here to play in toronto and see the fans and the organization who bent over backwards for her and VC boo him like he was a traiter... by doing what she's doing now, she's trying to clean his image up and save carter from what the ACC has in store for him come april... i personally think the whole thing was blown out of context and the media is having a field day with it...
NO ONE BELIEVE THAT CARTER B!TCH. Vince's mom is a moron, always has been, ever since the comments about Vince and Oak and all that garbage. She knows nothing and she's a liar. Alvin said it didnt happen, so it didnt happen. Keep Mitchell!!! If some players cant handle the toughness of him, than trade them. Weed out all the p*ssies we've accumulated over the years and get rid of them. Bring in some hard nose players that arent concerned with PT, they just want the win. Even J. Rose is looking like a catch right now....at least he has some backbone and doesnt start crying when things are going tough.
anybody who believes this story is suspended in a state of delusion. guys we know how mitchell is like, if carter raised a hand to coach mitchell, i think mitchell would have snapped and killed vince. plus, vince gets punked all the time on the court, i really don't see how he gets infused with courage in a training room with a notorious "bully", who limelights as coach mitchell in the evenings.

Mitchell says Vince was laying on the massage table and Mitchell was joking with him saying that Vince was getting old and had to get massages. He then slapped him on the butt in a joking matter. He says the next day Mitchell was lying on the massage table, Vince came over and layed on Mitchell's back and said " Hey old man." That was all that apparently happened.

hmmm...should I take Alvin's word or Michelle's words? Maybe I can take her more seriously if she can say something of substance instead of defending her "boy", but she has yet to do that.
