First coach to get fired...

    Ok I know its a little early, but who do you think will be the first coach fired this year? My vote goes to Mike Holmgren.

    I predict that Jim Bates is the interim coach of the Packers by December 1st, that he does a good job again, the team plays well and that he gets past over for a bigger name in the off-season, perhaps even Holmgren himself....

    I dont think that will happen. He may become interim, but that group will not win any games

    I'd like to say Martz. Gruden is a possibility.

    Honestly, I'd say Haslett especially IF the Saints underachieve again.

    Will NEVER happen... Sherman has the best record of any Packers head coach not named "Lombardi." They may not renew his contract at the end of the year, but he won't be fired mid-season. There's no point in that.

    My vote is for Martz. He's running that team into the ground.
