It's about 1:30 in the morning here. Thought I'd submit my rankings while I had the chance. I won't take the UNC vs. UConn game into account. 1.Illinois 2.Kansas 3.Boston College 4.Wake Forest 5.North Carolina 6.Kentucky 7.Oklahoma State 8.Duke 9.Syracuse 10.Washington 11.Arizona 12.Michigan State 13.Louisville 14.Gonzaga 15.Utah 15.Pacific 16.Connecticut 17.Pittsburgh 18.Oklahoma 19.Alabama 20.Wisconsin 21.Vermont 22.Old Dominion 23.Wichita State 24.Charlotte 25.Villanova I'd say these are a bit more reasonable this week.

I'm not trying to change anybody's rankings of Wake/Duke/UNC, but I'm going to post their records against eachother for reference because I know it's hard to keep track of who beat who. Duke - 18-3 at Wake Forest - 89-92 Loss North Carolina - 71-70 Win North Carolina - 19-3 at Wake Forest - 82-95 Loss at Duke - 70-71 Loss Wake Forest - 21-3 North Carolina - 95-82 Win Duke - 92-89 Win

Our turnout keeps dwindling, but I really appreciate you few 5 or 6 guys that consistantly post these every week. Keep it up! As for myself, I apologize for being late on tallying these up and posting them, but Valentines Day came around and it was about 75-80 degrees outside (felt like Spring) so I couldn't bare to see myself on the computer. I'll start tallying them now and get them out A.S.A.P. BTW - I've talked to a few people who don't feel the rankings are absolutely necessary. What's everybody's opinion of this? Would you still like to do it this way or should we just make a weekly thread where we all post ours and discuss/debate eachothers?
Sorry about not getting the rankings in this week again. I've been busy as of late with school, work, friends, etc.
Well, my opinion, we each post ours and give opinions on eachothers. Since the number of submissions is getting lesser as the weeks go by, the rankings aren't affected much. Plus, the rankings don't seem to get much interest. Posting eachothers' rankings weekly will cause more discussion I think.
I'm not really sure as to whether or not we should continue doing these. The number of people submitting them are getting increasingly smaller and they just don't get a lot of attention from other members on the board. I really don't know if there are enough people who give a shit about college hoops on this board to create relevance behind doing these. The reason they're being done is to create some type of debate and make the college forums more lively, but they're not doing that. Not enough people care about college hoops. Too many people are interested in the NBA and nothing else when it comes to basketball, and that really hurts these. So, all in all, they're fine to do, but when no one responds to them with some type of comment to create a debate, it begins to make thme irrelevant and pointless.
