I think we will win. Chicago are improving but when it's all said and done we'll have to much firepower for them.

you have got to be kiddin me.
how could the Kings have lost this game????

The Bulls did absolutely everything they could to gift wrap this game and hand deliver it to the Kings and they STILL lost.

yet another blindingly bad call by the refs in a critical juncture to practically give the game to the other team, but the real question is, how can the Kings keep putting themselves into this position night after night after night.
You can say all you want about crappy refs (and I often do, because they are) but this is just not being able to close out a game. This is not just bad defense, its NO defense.
I will not ever be able to understand how this team can play great defense for only one quarter per game. Its obvious that they can play defense it just appears that they dont ever WANT to.

Can someone specify what the bad call/no call was this time.I didnt see this game.I thought the Kings were doomed when i saw they were down 9 at the half while Othella Harrington was going crazy.Othella Harrington?Give me a break.Looking at the box score it appears the Bulls dominated this game.Although I know that wasnt the case because the kings led for a good portion of the second half.Besides having questionable calls/no calls go against them the real problem for the Kings has been their defense.Theyre not going to win alot of games if they cant hold teams to under 50% shooting and right now theyre quite possibly the worst defensive team in the league.Up until this recent rough stretch the kings were probably a slightly below average or average defensive team, holding opponents to under 45% shooting. This is disgusting.Sac is going to have to start playing a little defense again if they want to end the season with the 4 seed in the playoffs over dallas. So yeah someone state what the refs called or didnt call to screw the Kings please.

Not impressed, Sacramento has been losing close games in the past few weeks and it's simply going to kill this team's confidence. The Suns, Seattle, The Mavericks, a close call against Boston, and now this loss to The Chicago Bulls to add the icing to the cake.

Sacramento needs a change. Cuttino Mobley, great. Nice pickup in the long term, however for the short term it doesn't address their problems defensively. Defense is what this team so desperatly needs. A perimeter defender, someone who can dig into opposing guards defensively and frustrate superstar caliber scorers around the league, even if it's just for short periods as reserves. Than a shot blocking presense under the hoop, Sacramento is too weak inside and no player is worried about taking it to the bucket against The Kings, trust me. Now, You can't tell me Sacramento couldn't find these kinds of players, even if they're reserves, their contributions will rub off on the roster and hopefully set a new tone defensively. Dikembe Mutombo, Samuel Dalembert, Stromile Swift, Tyson Chandler, etc. Seriously, Sacramento couldn't make a legit run at one of these players? I'm sure they could throw together a nice package to aquire one of the aforementioned players and improve their roster dramatically.

Sacramento simply needs to address they're defense, perhaps another solid defender or two off the bench would be killing two birds with one stone. How about a Darryll Armstrong? Dallas is four deep at the point guard and likely willing to move him. This would help Sacramento's lack of reserves and increase they're defense amongst the roster. Maybe we could move Greg Ostertag and a draft selection for Armstrong? How about Michael Bradley, I'm sure Dallas wants some more size, something could be worked out if the effort is just put in. Than just aquire a shot blocker. Dikembe Mutombo for Eddie House and a draft selection? Houston needs another guard, they're struggling at the point on most occasions. So right there Sacramento would aquire two defensive minded players who could also add a spark as reserves.

More Defense, More Depth. More Teams Held Under 100, More Wins. Less Squeezed Out Of The Starters, More In The Starter's Tanks For The Playoffs. More Effort on Both Ends, Less Losing Performances...

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting GiantMidget:</div><div class="quote_post">What was the bad call?Someone explain please.</div> the bad call was calling Miller for a charge when it was clearly a blocking violation (defender had his foot on the line) with about 15-20 seconds to go in the game.
miller made the shot, and it would have put the kings down by 1, instead they call a charge, and the Kings, in a stunning display of defensive prowess allow chicago to make a basket at the other end on the ensuing possession. thus creating a 4pt swing in the game to chicago.

it is possible that they were being rather literal in their interperatation of the rule that says if a defender has any part of their foot on the line, its a blocking foul, his foot was ON the line, he rocked forward so that he was on the balls of his feet with his heels OFF the floor, yet still OVER the line. technically that is not ON the line... but isnt that splitting hairs a bit too much?

I was wondering at the call too. The guy was on his tippy-toes in front of the line. It's obvious that if he were to stand flat-footed, he'd be in the restricted area. It's kinda hard to "establish position" on your toes, especailly when you were just moving TO the position.

With Webber having a bad game and Barnes giving no production in Peja's absense, add another bad call to it and its easy to see why the Kings lost.Aside from allowing the other team to shoot an incredibly high percentage from the field.
