It allows Rafer to be more of a shooting guard so Mitchell can't be pissed at him for taking so many shots. I can't believe I'm saying this but....I kinda like that lineup.
It takes some pressure off Rafer, but on defense I think Rafer guards the point guards, and Milt covers the SGs.
