<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Considering Danny Ainge's track record and the fact he has more talent now to use as currency in the marketplace, it's more than likely the Celtics will make a deal or two by the NBA trade deadline 10 days from now.

The problem he may encounter is that some people with decent talent have been getting pushed to the side a bit. For example, will other teams think Jiri Welsch is worth less because Tony Allen has replaced him in the starting lineup?

``That's a tough part of the business, but you can't worry too much about that,'' Ainge said before last night's 104-100 Celtics loss to the Sacramento Kings. ``I just think I respect people in our business a little more than that.

``I know my opinion of a guy on another team certainly doesn't change if he's not playing. You make your judgments and you have to trust them. I don't start thinking the guy can't play just because someone else is getting minutes over him. I know our league has a little bit of that in it, but I don't look at things that way. In fact, I pride myself on finding those kind of guys and seeing what might be there (in a trade). Carlos Arroyo wasn't playing (for Utah) and there was still interest in him.

``I think people know we have guys on this team who can play and they can see that we have a logjam at most every position.'' </div>
Will the Celtics make another move before the deadline? Source

I think Jiri, Yogi, Googs and Payton are the goners, in that order...
