And that maybe part of the problem because KG doesnt call them out like he should. But there is no problem there, Sam & Spree's problem is/was with management which has gotten blown up because of their struggles. Anyway, this is just a story created because the action toward the trade deadline is so boring...Rod Thorn isnt making a deal to let Kidd go. And Mchale is going to stand pact with Spree & Sammy & hope they make a major playoff run to save face.
There is absolutly no way in the world that I can think of, with the Nets acquireing KG. RJ and Carter for KG would be fair but, it would never happen. The only person that the Nets are interested in Minny is KG, but the is untradable. He is a guy any team would want to build around and keep for as many years as he can still run and jump. Anyone would want to play with KG or Kidd, but that can't always happen. It would however, be quite an Olimpic team with KG and Kidd playing.

Garnett won't go to New Jersey but it is possible that New Jersey would ship Kidd to Minnesota. Jason has made it perfectly clear that he wants out of New Jersey. If New Jersey decides to trade Kidd to Minnestoa it will most likely be for Cassell and Spreewell. But the question is what happens to Vince Carter? Does he pull another stunt like he did in Toronto to get out of New Jersey or does he step up and lead New Jersey? I don't really think the Nets will trade Kidd after they aquired Carter. The Nets are playing well right now and I don't think they'll do anything to disrupt that.
jason kidd trade rumors again there has been trade talk again concerning the nets jason kidd. if traded he will go to portland or the timberwolves. the deadline is thursday so he might get traded which i dont want. how could jkidd want to be traded, the nets have vince carter and r startin play better. hopefully he wont get traded
Who said that Kidd wants to be traded? He, as of late, has not said anything about being traded. The last remarks I have heard from him is that he supported the moves the Nets managment made for VC and Cliff. Why would he want to be traded, the Nets have excellent prospects and in one - two years have a high probability of becoming contenders. Personally, I am sick and tierd of all of these rumors going around; they undermine the greater goals that the Nets are attempting to achieve.

^Jason Kidd actually denied that wanted to be traded to Minny statement, recently on a Nets pregame. He said that the reporter asked if he felt about playing along side Kevin Garnett. And Kidd said he stated of course he would like to play alongside a big like KG, who wouldnt. But he also said that he was happy with the steps the Nets & Rod Thorn were making to improve the Nets. And that is the team he is playing for. But of course they only publish the part that makes the best story. Kidd isnt going anywhere because at this point in time the Nets would ever be able to get fair market value. No young talent in Minny, there is nothing out there that would make Jersey give up Jason.
