When Penny back vs cavs..then he plays well! His starts In February:29.4Mpg 12.0ppg 2.3rpg 2.8apg 1.00spg,and FG%.488 3P%.462 FT%.870 Penny always helps the Knicks win the games..Should he be starting?? And does Herb love to use penny anymore?
Good stat. Those stats are difference makers and believe it or not people said Penny wouldn't make a difference. He should be starting in place of what's his name. He always contributes and that jumper is killer. Ariza should be backing him up. I don't know what's so hard to understand about TT being poison. Why are people scared to reduce his role after his poor play? Hardaway has been playing well and his touch will provide great insurance on Marbury and everyone else on the floor.

They have to suck as much 'good' as possible out of Thomas. Believe it or not, some people actually got excited about the TT trade, and there are some Knicks fans who don't really follow who still think TT is solid. If those (we'll call them inexperienced fans) inexperienced fans don't see TT on the floor they'll assume one of two things. One, that he is injured, they won't be thinking that they're getting their money's worth in purchasing his merchandise or attending games in which he is 'injured' or can't play. Two, they'll assume he hasn't been up to snuff in the eyes of Isiah or the coaching staff, and that is something the ego-maniacal Isiah Thomas will not / has not be(en) able to accept. He has to have the feeling that he is always, (even be it in the least possible form, )he must have the feeling that he is right.

I am suprised why he is getting his 25 minutes while shooting 40%. Also at 6'10 an amazing 3.3rpg . Exactly, how can he look in the mirror and and accept the fact that he has done a good job. If only I was the GM of the Knicks !
I'd rather see Crawford play the 3 with Penny playing the point, Stephon at the 2. Why won't my dreams ever come true
6'5 isn't ideal size for the SF position, but Penny could always guard the SFs on defense and Crawford has the leaping ability to get rebounds against the bigger man.
I still think that Penny Hardaway should be playing Point Forward, and allow Stephon Marbury and Jamal Crawford to feed of him. He is the New York Knicks best play maker in my opinion. He's a great passer and knows where to be offensively, I also think it would be best for the New York Knicks to use him downlow, because Penny Hardaway is actually one of the better posting Guards in the NBA, and with his size it is an automatic mis-match. Though I'm not sure how good Penny Hardaway can be with Jamal Crawford and Stephon Marbury on the court with him, as they really tend to dominate the ball, so for now I don't mind him coming off the bench so long as he plays the minutes he needs to in order to help the New York Knicks win. He is a calming influence on the team that's for sure, and for those idiots who thought Penny Hardaway couldn't help the New York Knicks then ............ whatever. He is a very skilled player, and I think playing as a Point Forward could do some damage, just take a look back when Scottie Pippen played Point Forward when he was with the Portland Trail Blazers, they went to the Conference Finals. I'm not saying the New York Knicks are going that far, but they need to make some sort of changes, and the fact is the New York Knicks have won 3 from their last 6 which is better than 0 from 6. I also credit Herb Williams to play Penny Hardaway unlike Lenny Wilkens! As for Tim Thomas 3.3 rpg man that's lame! There are PG's who get more rebounds than him. He does have skills but he is too inconsistent to have that SF position locked in as it is. Either start Penny Hardaway or Trevor Ariza, and use Tim Thomas off the bench, he just hasn't done much this season except that buzzer beater, lol.
I guess with Penny playing the way he is...You don't want Milt anymore from us. Too bad, he's not avaible anyways for anyone.
