Usher minority owner of Cavs?

    I don't really see the point of doing things like this, but if he has the cash - why not? If I'm not mistaken Nelly is a part owner of the Bobcats.

    Funny while I read the too post theres a banner of Usher and nelly. It seems like Music Artist are trying to get more money. Jay-Z, Usher, Nelly, Whos next P-Diddy, Master P, 50cent?

    Well I guess that will just increase the ever growing popularity of Cleveland. Btw, my friend said that Ray Allen and Usher are cousins. I don't think so, if they were, I think it would be mentioned.

    The last thing LeBron needs around him is Usher. It's great for these young artists trying to get a piece of a team. You can't blame them. I'm just not a fan of Usher and I think he would be a bad influence if LeBron started hanging out with and got caught up in the party lifestyle.

    Usher is an arrogant SOB. That could be the worst influence for LeBron, hanging out with an arrogant, party freak like Usher.

    i think people are being overanalytical in this thread. He wanted to make money so he bought a team hes not going to be that involved cuz he is a minority owner.

    I think the whole idea, is to make more money.

    It's just for money. I don't think Usher knows anything about basketball, except that "his" Cavs have this straight-outta-high-school player that can jump real high. Then he goes to have sex and sing those songs where he shows his abs. Then all the girls scream and shit....but that is a different story...

    At least Usher isn't complete owner of the Cavs, cause that would just suck.
