Are there any rumors involving the Magic right now as the Deadline approaches? I haven't really heard anything.
They've been dangling Steve Francis around ever since his outburst after Mobley was dealt. They are also looking to move Garrity and/or Stevenson to improve their defense.
So do you think Francis will get dealt? If so, for what? I sure hope Weis doesn't do another 3 for 1 deal, we need to get a nice 1 for 1, good player deal, rather than 3 bench warmers for a good player. I doubt Garrity will get dealt. Weis and JD seem to love him. I hope Garrity, Stevenson, and Declerq can get into a package with someone else, but I really doubt that that happens.

I'm not sure what the Magic can get for Stevenson or DeClerq. Pat Garrity should have some trade value, a team like the Cavs could use a shooter, but I doubt the Magic want to help them out. Weis is a no non-sense GM, and made a nice decision trading T-Mac and Mobley. He doesn't want any team cancers on this team, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him pull the trigger on Francis this year or in the summer.
I like that trade a lot. Nene and Dwight as the future Twin Towers. We get a true PG that will give the ball to the shooters. Skeeta has been a bust so far, but there is still a slim chance that he could be good. My only question is who would be the Center out of both of them. Dwight is taller, but I would rather see Dwight just stay at PF.
I dont want stevio to go anywhere he is a fan fav here and seems to get over the mobley deal. I wouldnt want to see him in Denver we wouldnt get any better i only see Denver gettin better w/ Stevio and Melo working together. If i had to trade stevio i'd maybe try to get Barion Davis he is a good shooter and passer but has a injury prob. But as a fan of orlando for awile stevio seems to fit in here i really cant see him anywhere else. And who is Skeeta i just want to know i dont no denvers guys beside melo,boykins,kmart,nene,miller,and camby. And on the Pg note i dont think deshawn and declerq w/ pg would do good w/ our chemistry or get us someone worth trading or keeping.
To be fair it would be stupid to lose Francis. Hes still fairly young, and only just arrived. He lost his best friend (who could come back in the summer ne way) so u do expect him to be upset, but since hes been perfect, except for missing his plane.
