Brief Notes:
<ul>
[*]Seattle is one game removed from a thrilling come-from-behind victory in Houston. What better way to come down from an impressive win than to battle cellar dwellar New Orleans. The Sonics' All-Star game representitives shined bright down the stretch versus the Rockets, with Ray Allen draining all the necessary shots and Rashard Lewis upstaging Tracy McGrady.
<ul>
[*]Baron Davis may see some action today for the Hornets after being out with an ankle injury. Davis was called out by coach Byron Scott for the lack of progress B-Diddy was having in his rehabilitation. The Hornets have had an adequate replacement however in Dan Dickau, whom has shown great shooting touch and court management for New Orleans.
<ul>
[*]Useful/less stat of the day: The Sonics went 2-6 in the pre-season. Ha.
<ul>
[*]Word of the day: Filch v. " To appropriate furtively or casually."
"J.R. Smith was filched of the slam dunk crown because of an unwarranted low score on his first dunk."

Anything less than a 20+ win would be dissapointment for me. I'd like to see more minutes for Collison and Murray.

Will 18 do you Semmi? [IMG]

Solid win, but in reality the game was over before halftime. Good to see Flip get some burn and make the most of it, and Reggie continues his torrid rebounding streak. Rashard has made the perfect start to his post All-Star period, too.

Vlad cold once more, is he going to be traded? The possibility of an athletic, defensive minded centre like Chandler or Dalembert is certainly attractive, but there's so much to like about Vlad's future.

18 point win is great sure...but the real story tonight...Robert Swift played 6 minutes. I love seeing Big Red out on the court. We should get up by double digits more often.

Hell no! [IMG]

Yeah Swift got some action and Murray played well. Lewis was on fire - 26 pts and he only missed 3 shots! Evans cleaned the glass again and Swift blocked a shot - business as usual [IMG]
Friday vs Minnesota will be big game! I think when we can win Minn. in this game then the Division title is ours for sure!
Go Sonics!

You mean for the team who promises he'll start next year and signs him?

I just wish that Flip would have been credited for playing one more minute b/c we then would be 5-1 when he plays 25 minutes or more.

Good road win on a back to back. I'm eagerly waiting Fortson's return date.

Flip played a good game,but once again, no assists. Last time to see the Baron in a Hornets jersey.

What happned to Odde23, he e-mailed me saying he won't be aroud anymore. Funny, he is the one that got me to sign up.

I dunno what happened to Odde, he was a star and a very funny individual. Hopefully he'll drop by sometime in the near future.

And yes Casual, I didn't say there was so much to like about his Sonics future, but when/if he gets the chance to consistently start and playing big minutes, he will be a very potent scorer. It's all about rhythm with Vlad.

Nice win.

Swift did good, 0 pts, 0 ast, 0 reb, 0/2 from the field, 2 fouls, and 1 steal in 6 minutes [IMG] . Even though he didn't do anything it's always good to see him out on the court

All jokes aside, we were supposed to win this game and we did convincingly., and Rashard is really proving himself worthy of his all-star spot.

The trade deadline has passed and the Sonics remain the same [IMG]

I don't like misleading stats, I like productive players that help their team win games.

We've won this year w/o Murray having a role for the most part but we've won at a higher percentage when Murray is given that role. That should bode well for his minutes in the postseason.

I e-mailed him to see what was up. He said he was having dinner with his wife. What a boner.
