<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Kobe Bryant is not only one of the most talented players today, he's also one of the most skilled ever, according to ESPN's Greg Anthony.
But when you measure greatness in team sports, the barometer often is how much better a star makes his teammates.

And, according to Anthony, Bryant doesn't measure up in that department - because he is a ball hog.

"I don't think they get the most out of those guys that [Bryant] plays with,'' said Anthony, noting Kobe doesn't play well without the ball.

While Anthony doesn't think Bryant, 26, has the talent around him to compete for a championship, he believes the Lakers are underachieving a little bit as they battle to make the playoffs.

Kobe is learning the reality of being Shaq-less. Anthony has talked with Bryant about it.

"I think, probably in his mind, he thought he would be able to go out and will a team not only to the playoffs, but to compete for a championship,'' Anthony said. "But Kobe would be the first to tell you, it is a lot more difficult than he thought it would be. Now, he's got to go to Plan B.'' </div> Source
