i say yes coz like since the mobely trade he has just went down hill like i think its better if we get younger maybe deal him at the end of the season for a good SG and a dencent C

that way we could start nelson and lose cato at C and allow howard and nelson to develop so much quicker coz stevei is just to selfish for orlando plus at 28 he wont change his ways

    please have your say here

I like Stevio he doesnt really look good anywhere else and having nelson at point and stevio at sg proved he can get less turnovers/game maybe no turnovers. What i dont like is when stevio and hill go out no 1 picks up as leader there needs to be someone who can distrubute and score. Doug is not that good of a scorer but if he drives and kicks to battie or howard or kato his assists can be up and there points up. We have good centers they just need to talk more remember this team is there 1st year playing together and they are new faces to each other. Besides Stevio and Kato just ally-ooping each other have battie or hill go up and get it. (Rubber Man) he was a great dunker in his day but augmen maybe needs to stop shooting and passing if people run off screens like rip hamiliton thay will have a good pass. The only one for now to go is Davis and hire Flip Saunders and try to get a good draft choice i like Julius Hodge from NC state but thats to OT.

Stevo is one of my favorite players and I think that he can still be effective here, but he has shot the ball horribly since the All-star break, he needs to just realize when he's off and get everyone else involved. I wouldn't deal Francis, unless we get someone like Ray Allen or Micheal Redd(good SG that is locked up for awhile, sign and trade with Redd). I think that the big thing is to fire Johnny Davis. Fire him now and hire Flip Saunders and let him use the rest of the season to teach the guys his coaching philosophy. Honestly I would rather sacrifice our playoff chances this year with Johnny Davis(since we'll get swept or knocked out in 5 games) and give us time to gel in time for next year, when we have a better shot at going farther with a better coach. (plus with Pat Williams at the lottery, you never know we could get the 1st pick again and have Bogut and Dwight as our future) Also, don't make many changes at all this offseason. Keep about the same team, so that they can develop some chemistry. So that next year we will have a good coach that has had time with our players and our players have developed chemistry among themselves.

What the hell, dont need to get rid of him at all.

Hes played badly since the allstar, well last night wasnt that bad at all really. And lets face it, hes been awsome for most of the season, accept in turnovers.

To say hes gotten worse since the mobley trade is rediculous, cos he has recorded most of his best games since then, hitting key game winners and often alone keeping us in games.

Steve must and will stay. At SG he will be great with jameer now as a pure PG, we will only benefit, we put the ball in steves hands for points, and jameer does the rest for us.

We dont need a "decent" center. Battie and Cato make a great combo for 48mins meaning we pick up excellent stats at center for the whole game. Most teams have a great or good center, and a awful backup which does little more than Declerq, but Cato and Battie bring us a good defensive presence and put in some points. With Dwight developing we are fine in that area imo.
