    Pretty solid list, actually...

On another note, this is my 1500th POST! WOOOOOO! Fear me... [IMG]</div>

I agree - it was a pretty good list. I question the Jolly selection, mainly for the reasoning. Picking up Moss doesn't sound like a team that no longer wants to take it down the field in chunks.

Quality posts rather than "gimmes" as well. Congrats on the milestone.

Mainly offensive players, there was Nate Burleson, who will be expected to replace Moss' gap.

yea that was a very safe list but i agree with the Doug Jolley one and only because of his reasoning Dinger really incorperates the TE, think Frank Wycheck. Jolley will post 600 yards. Overall i did like that list though and i agreed with mostly all of them but it was a very safe list

If he gets put in prison, he may attempt to break out, but other than that i dont see it.

Taking the shotgun approach... It's gotta happen sometime, right? *laughs* Actually...he had lasik surgery in the off season and has been putting on a clinic at all of the mini-camps and practices so far. It'll be this year or never.

I thought the list was somewhat generic, but there were definitely some great possibilities.

    * Steven Jackson - It's hard for some of these to not seem obvious. We all know Jackson wasn't drafted to be a backup for long. He should breakout this year. The interesting thing will be to see how a power runner succeeds in a passing offense.

    * Antwaan Randle El - This seems like it should be obvious with the departure of Plaxico Burress, but I'm not so sure Rookie Fred Gibson, or Free Agent Cedrick Wilson won't take enough away from Randle El to make him a mediocre pick this season. I still think he's a 55-60 catches 5 TD's type of receiver.

    * LaMont Jordan - Another obvious pick based on opportunity. Jordan will finally get to be the star of his own show and should do well. Teams will have a hard time putting 8 men in the box with Randy Moss jetting down the sideline. Oakland has such fast receivers as a group that Jordan could go crazy this season if they can get their passing game to really be the bigger threat.

    * Lee Evans - I love this pick. Evans had a very solid rookie season and really came on strong down the stretch. I think he's got a lot of upside and could be great for years to come. Of course the real question for this season will be can J.P. Losman get him the ball with any consistancy?

    * Julius Jones - This one was a bit goofy in the fact that Jones was dominant down the stretch last season. I think he broke out when he came back healthy.

    * Keary Colbert - He should do well, but without Muhammad or a healthy Steve Smith, who will keep the double coverage off of him. They need to have a legitimate threat lining up across from him or it could be a disappointing season for Colbert. Smith needs to be healthy.

    * Kevin Jones - He should have the same success as Jordan. He's running in a system that has great receivers. No team can stack the box against this young powerful runner. Jones could be looking at 1500 yards and 12 TD's this season!

    * Nate Burleson - They made a comment that he already broke out last season, but think his numbers could really go up without Moss. I guess we'll see. I'm not so sure if his numbers will get better without Moss to pull coverage away. I would certainly draft him with caution for my fantasy football team.

    * J.P. Losman - This is going to be a very interesting story to watch unfold. The Bills moved up in the draft to get this guy and they are going to throw him out on the field this season after one season of sitting on the bench watching Bledsoe. He'll struggle at times, but I think when the smoke clears he might just be pretty good. (If he can keep himself from getting hurt.)

    * Tyrone Calico - I think this guys has a ton of talent. With the way Tennessee was tossing the ball around last season, Calico could cash in big this season. He's a huge, physical specimen that will go over smaller corners to get the ball. He'll run over safties as well. I like this pick!

    * DeShaun Foster - He showed flashes of brilliance last season and if he can stay healthy, he could have a very solid season. Definitely waiting to break out.

    * Drew Bennett - Just don't understand this one. Didn't he break out... last season?

    * Kevin Curtis - Big Stretch....

I will add some of my own shortly....

    * Steven Jackson - He took starting job from marshall faulk by end of last season, if that isnt breaking out i dont know what is.

    * Antwaan Randle El - I think he will be a solid player but never a star

    * LaMont Jordan - I agree this is an obvious pick

    * Lee Evans - This is a risky pick considering QB situation, but since he took QB also I like it.

    * Julius Jones - He broke out last year. Choosing broke out players on your breakout list is like picking manning to throw most TD passes this season.

    * Keary Colbert - If steve smith plays well opposite of him, than his numbers should be decent, especially if they get a healthy deshaun foster and stephen davis

    * Kevin Jones - Another broken out player.

    * Nate Burleson - I bet his numbers drop off drastically without moss opposite of him. This offense will need a season to adjust to not having him.

    * J.P. Losman - I love this pick. Keep in mid that Kiper had him rated as #1 qb ahead of manning, roth, and rivers at one point, this guy has a ton of talent.

    * Tyrone Calico - The way bennett played last season, should leave him a lot of single coverage

    * DeShaun Foster - He has shown the ability to gain yards, and make the big play, but can he stay healthy as a full time back? I doubt it.

    * Drew Bennett - I think this guy doesnt want to look stupid so he did not make many risky picks, and put a lot of sure things on the list so he could come back later and say "Look what I did, I am a genious."

    * Kevin Curtis - I think he will be a 60 catch guy, but only some many balls to go around.

    * Steven Jackson - It all depends on if Mike Martz decides to actually RUN the ball this year, Jackson has all the tools but only if they use em.

    * Antwaan Randle El - He should provide an adequate down field threat I can see him getting 800-900 yeards next year.

    * LaMont Jordan - With Porter and Moss taking most of the heat, Jordan has no choice but to break out a 1200+ Season

    * Lee Evans - If J.P is as good as I think he is Evans could become one of the top wide outs in the AFC East.

    * Julius Jones - Julius has already Broken out, next year I see him getting close to 1500 yards

    * Keary Colbert - If Steve Smith stays healthy he shoudl draw some double teams leaving alot of room for this guy to work with.

    * Kevin Jones -Another Jones who has already broken out, He should be the most successful back on this list.

    * Nate Burleson - Burleson's production should drop, because in my eyes he's proably the biggest threat in the Wide out Core, He may be the ones drawing double teams without Moss, Once Troy Williamson develops it could be different.

    * J.P. Losman - J.P is one QB I would have loved for Greenbay to grab, He's got a fricken Bazooka for an arm and is incredibly quick, As long as he can stay healthy he may be able to take the bills to the playoffs.

    * Tyrone Calico - Calico has all the tools, If Bennett plays the way he did last year then I could see these two both serving up 1000 yeard seasons.

    * DeShaun Foster - Foster is very nice specimen but due to his health issues I think of him as more of a Change of Pace back.

    * Drew Bennett -He already Broke out, and like I said before I think that him and Calico could both have 1000 yard Seasons.

    * Kevin Curtis - This is a guy who I really like, He should be an excellent guy in the slot, and if Martz continues his throw 50 times a game strategy then Curtis could have anywhere from 700-1000 yards with about 50 catches.
